Brew Cavern is a specialist craft beer bottle shop stocking the best local, national & international craft beers, bottle conditioned real ales & ciders. Our mission is to source the very best selection of hard to find speciality beers from around the globe, showcasing new craft brewers whilst paying homage to beer’s lengthy history by stocking bottles from more traditional breweries, with a big focus on lambic. We’re also fans of keeping it local and this is reflected in our range of beers from brewers across the East Midlands. It’s not all about beer though, as we do have a modest selection of natural cider from the UK and further afield, with an emphasis on organic low intervention cider and perry . COLD BEER IS HAPPY BEER All of our beer is 100% refrigerated in the shop at 4 degrees celsius, demonstrating our commitment to looking after the beer. We believe this is the future of beer retail in the UK with many breweries, wholesalers and customers beginning to expect this level of commitment to quality. It also means you don’t have to stick your beer in the fridge when you get home!
