There is a reason they are rated 4.8 stars on Google. Outstanding. Friendly, helpful service, responsive, don’t overcharge. What more can I say? Where else have you seen this? Very highly recommended.

2 weeks later - new post.

Sunday afternoon. I notice a small leak so deal with it and email BR office. 10 minutes later I get a call from the owner of the company checking it’s under control.

10 minutes later, on a Sunday afternoon!!

Amazing.

We were referred to these people by a close friend however things started to go wrong when the engineer inspecting the hot water system turned of the return valve which caused the pipe to blow a day later . We called in the gas board to repair it .
The next appointment they got the day wrong
And the third appointment they carried out the work . 6 hours later the boiler cut out and we had no hot water .. gas board called in again to fix it
I asked for a discount on the bill for the inconvenience and was told the gas board were free for us to call so offered a derisory discount .
Before we could settle the bill they took me to court for the full amount .
