Excellent customer service
I was due to collect my online order instore but a member of my family tested positive for Covid. I rang Brian James Store to arrange home delivery instead. They were very accommodating and didn't charge for postage. I received the item the next day. Very good customer service amd very efficient. Thank you!

I was sending the T shirt to my nephew…
I was sending the T shirt to my nephew in Ennis - Daniel O'Shea . It was delivered to a place in Tulla Co. Clare. My nephew's phone number was visible from the address on the parcel. My brother collected from the lady in Tulla . My nephew lives just outside Clare castle near Ennis. I was disappointed that there was hassle around the delivery of the parcel for my nephews birthday.
Also even though I am the purchaser, Marie O'Shea , Daniel my nephew is registered as the purchaser, even though it was being delivered to Daniel O'Shea. There should be a space where the receiver of the product is differentiated from the purchaser.

Dear Marie, We have brought this up with our courier. Unfortunately we don't deliver the parcels, as this wouldn't be practical. We outsource our logistics to DPD like all other ECommerce providers. You will note from our website that we have a shipping address input area and a purchaser input area, so I'm unsure where the confusion lies here, but rest assured we will investigate this thoroughly.
