Bad customer service and quality of manufacturing
Bad customer service. Ordered two shirts both the same size one is fine one is small. I contacted them from what’s up as they suggested on their website.
They said return and we will send a replacement one size bigger without providing a free return label like it’s my fault one shirt is smaller than the other.
Ok now when urged it’s not my fault I ordered two shirts both same size one fits the not they agree to provide a free return label. I have returned the shirt still haven’t received the replacement despite sending what’s up messages and emails no response at all and I am travelling on Monday.

While both shirts were sent in the same size as per your order, we completely understand how sizing can sometimes feel different due to fabric or cut. The replacement parcel could have reached you a bit earlier, but unfortunately, the delivery office took an extra three days to return your parcel to us before we were able to begin processing the replacement. We sincerely regret the resulting delay, especially given the timing around your travel plans.
Your return has now been processed, and you can expect to receive the replacement early next week. While we understand this may be too late for your trip, please know that your satisfaction remains very important to us.

First purchase from Brian Oak. Looks to be a good product so far.
First purchase from Brian Oak.Delivered quickly although my first choice of colour for a pair of chinos was out of stock, although they showed in stock at point of order. I was contacted and my second choice of navy chinos were in stock and were shipped quickly. Fit was very good and true to the sizing advertised. Usually I have to have new chinos shortened. Material and finish appear to be very good on the chinos. I will have to see how they look after a few washes as other navy chinos I have had faded after washing (these were not Brian Oaks). I am already considering ordering another pair in a different colour.

I would have rated you 5 stars but the length wasn’t as described. I’m a 31 inside leg but you only offer 30 or 32 so I opted for the longer ones. They are actually slightly over 33 inches so I need to get them adjusted. Had I known they came up longer than advertised I would have opted for the 30 which no doubt come in at 31. Slightly annoying but not the end of the world.
