Don’t order from this site

Didn’t receive refund when they sent wrong order. Just stalled in emails.

Jesse, this statement is false and unfair. Yes, we shipped the incorrect item due to an error on our part. We did apologise and we let you know that the right item had been sent to you. On the day of the delivery, you sent us a very rude email wanting a refund.
We asked that you send the items back to us, and of course, we would cover the shipping cost. We have emailed you several times to arrange a collection and you haven't replied to us. It's ill-intended and malicious to come here and purposefully try to ruin our business with a false statement like this. The truth is that this transaction cost us money; you've kept the wrong item and the correct item which was delivered to you on 25th of July 24 at 6:02 p.m. Customers lacking integrity, like you, make our work very challenging.
