Great products, great service
I really love the great products Bricknic provides, cooking with it is really fun and easy, ideal after work. Just toss in some ingredients and put it in the oven or microwave. Always delicious.
At first, I had some delivery struggles caused by DPD, not Bricknic. After I contacted Bricknics awesome customer service, this was sorted out quickly. Thank you!

Order lost in system
3 days ago, I received an email to evaluate BrickNic.
While I was still waiting (2weeks) on my order to be fullfilled.
Off-course I was disappointed. And my negative side, thought it was better to write a bad review (in dutch in stead of English). Immediately after my negative review, I received an apoligy mail (in English, so they really made the effort to translate and act on customer experience) that something went wrong in my orders.
2 days later (!) received my bricks. Again note to myself, next time kindly mail to request an update on my order.
So I adjusted the Rate Review.
Still need to test it, but these Bricks sell them self ^^
