I placed and order but received a…
I placed and order but received a message from the store to say that unfortunately the specific item had been miscounted and was out of stock.
The store gave me a couple of options as restock was expected (refund or wait). As it wasn't critical I waited, the item arrived promptly when they said it would and had with it a gift as an apology for the delay.
Great customer service as I was informed of a potential delay and then compensated for it without asking.
