good product, bad customer service

The Product is of excellent quality. i am delighted with it...i wish the customer service was better

Attempted to contact them multiple times and received no reply. Ultimately I waited and waited having no idea if the apron would ever arrive. Well today it finally arrived and is beautiful. Updated from one star to four. The item deserves a five but the communication deserves a zero so I settled on four.

Product was an anniversary present for my son in U.S, he is very happy with it

I still don't have my apron, and it's hard to get in touch with you.

I love the items for my table setting. I have the bottle cooler and placemats in a complimentary color. It looks very chic and elevated, perfect when hosting. I look forward to using the items for many years.

I received the Apron that is not complete and missing a backstrap. Furthermore the VAT was not deducted at checkout, even though I supplied you with a valid EU VAT ID

I am not in the business of writing reviews. I only write reviews when things are exceptional or agonising. That being said:

Pros:
- The apron I received was beautiful, exactly as described. Leather is very soft, personalisation as I requested was great. Very well made product.

Cons:
- I received no communication from the seller directly after my order confirmation which was fine as on the website it stated they needed two weeks to complete a personalised item.
- I emailed just shy of the two week mark to ask if the order would be shipped on time, its a gift and I needed the update.
- For the next 9 days I received no communication from the seller despite attempting to contact them via email and social media. When I did receive a response it wasn't to my email but to a message on a social media platform. I had my shipping information by then so I let it lie.
- I would have been appeased if there was communication to say there was a delay and it wouldn't be fulfilled on time; things happen. No communication however is unacceptable especially when purchasing something expensive.
- Additionally the shipping proved to be an issue as well, I would advise that the parcel should have the option for delivery to a safe place or a locker as some people may not be in to receive the parcel.

TLDR; great product but I personally would not buy again due to poor customer service.

It is a wonderful apron. The Leather is soft and it really smells like a new leather coat. I am looking forward to many years of use of the great apron. I would purchase it again if needed. I purchased another company's knockoff from London before finding the best here. It was shaped the same but made in an Pakistan I think and it was garage.

I ordered the apron for myself about a year and a half ago from Spain with great enthusiasm, I received it in good condition 2 to 3 weeks later.

I paid about €225 however I have never been able to use it I spend an extra to have the straps adjusted as well here. I work as a hair stylist and I can say with certainty that working with this apron should like it but not because is heavy at least for stylist.

I do not recommend it for small sizes since it does not fit well and hangs over you also from the inside the part that protects gives off a lot of skin pellets that sticks to the clothes so afterwards you will need to use a lint remover on your clothes.

Perhaps the brand should make a thinner and less heavy one for stylists, and offer on their website some questions before making the purchase since the person who responds in customer service will tell you that she has already done everything possible and more to send your product. I hope this review helps because before making my purchase I looked for reviews and no one talk about weight, size and quality.

Brickwallsand Barricade have a good product for butchers and I believe it can improve to offer it to stylists.
