Very easy online shop to navigate

Very easy online shop to navigate, very reasonable prices and quick delivery time. Very happy customer and I’ll definitely be buying from you again. My 11 year old son was thrilled with his birthday presents.

I bought the desert eagle

I bought the desert eagle, I love the action of the gun, the trigger pull makes it slide back like a real gun. Plus its size is accurate to a real one. It looks real.

Worth it!

I was alittle scared since it wasn’t from Lego. But when I received my order and put them together, I absolutely love them. Really good quality! Trying to figure out my next order.
Tracking was spot on!

Nice sets at a great price.

I was looking for some WW2-themed lego sets online, and this store got a good variety of them at a great price. I already bought multiple times and i'm satisfied with the overall experience.

Misleading description

Well where do I start.

I bought the Spitfire, drawn by the description that said “All the designs are printed right on the bricks, no stickers needed.” As one thing I really don’t like about genuine LEGO sets is the silly little stickers you have to apply.

The Spitfire was sent from China, arrived in a bag with Chinese instructions - and a set of stickers. Ten stickers in fact.

According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I’m entitled to return for a full refund as the product is not as described - which it isn't. This was declined, and I was offered a 40% refund and to keep the set. I pointed out the misleading description (which at the time was still on the website) and I wanted to return for a full refund. I also pointed out if their website was showing this, they either didn't have knowledge of the products they were selling, or were deliberately misleading customers.

The description on the Website was changed to “Most of the designs are printed right on the bricks, no stickers needed.” I pointed out that this was still wrong and still misleading (and is still showing on the website as I write this), and I wanted to return for a full refund. This was again declined and I was instead offered a 50% refund ‘as a goodwill gesture’. A third time, I asked for a full refund and was given a US address to return the product to - but without a guarantee of a full refund. I accepted the 50% refund as the least worst option I had, even though it meant I was paying 50% for a set I didn’t want.

The website displays 'Changed Your Mind? Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.' Which is wholeheartedly untrue.

This set comes with ten stickers and (not including the minifigs) two printed parts - the nose cone and the nameplate. That is not ‘most parts’.

Now for the set. The colours in the instruction manual are hard to see in places, meaning occasionally I used the wrong bricks. The green on the nose cone is a different green to the green bricks and doesn’t match. The wings, during build, were flimsy and repeatedly fell apart. Some of the bricks don’t sit flat making the underside of the wings appear untidy. The little red grommets are a pig to push into the bricks. The Spitfire wobbles on the flimsy stand.

I haven’t added the stickers as I intend to sell it to get my remaining 50%.

As polite as the emails from BrickWarII were, the customer service was unsatisfactory. I won’t be buying from them again.
