We went to Brico Depot Baneasa because we were interested in buying kitchen furniture. We had a special experience there. By "special," I mean how understanding, helpful, and warm they were when we received the furniture at home and found that some pieces were broken during transport (the transport company is not affiliated with Brico Depot!). When we told them what happened, the entire kitchen department team supported us, and even the Director of Brico Depot Baneasa got involved to solve our problem in the best way possible. Yes, the director. We want to congratulate him on how he leads and has built a wonderful, strong team that works hard to make clients happy and keep them confident. Order a couple of shelves, they did arrived on time but two of them had scratches and some spots that cannot be cleaned. Wood was very well packed, so the problem was with quality control.
Since they`re so cheap i was not bothering to ask a refund.
Brico depot asked me to provide feedback, which i did - in very simple and polite terms- and the answer was that my feedback does not comply with store policy ?!
Well, from now on, my policy is "Brico Depot on Black List". They can follow their policy, i will follow mine.

I play hide and seek with the employers they are no were to be found and the bald manager doesn't care about the customers he talked to me with a very bad attitude went I asked him about the products like i bother him and the place looks dirty and is very disorganized very poor management looks like it's with one foot in bankruptcy or they don t care

it's sad they are very close from my relatives here in Cluj. I only need the help of the employers because they don't have English signs
