Poor aftersales

Received a impact drill & driver with missing batteries, value of €103.98.

Its has been over one month trying to resolve the issue, Brico Prive are very slow to respond to emails and try anything to avoid responsibility. It has taken a paypal intervention for them to respond with this resolution...

"Unfortunately, the supplier does not have spare parts for this product.
Therefore, in order to overcome this inconvenience, I suggest that you recover your product to make a refund in the form of a voucher so that you can obtain a new item."

With this experience I would never use Brico Privé, bricoprive.com again.

Update: 14/02/2022 - Still no resolution, even after the customer service commented on this initial review.

Bad customer service, misleading info on website

Ordered in September a ceiling light and waited for over a month without the item to be even delivered! Found out that they did not even have it while it was marked available on the website. Last week two different people wrote me one confirming one date, and after one hour another apologising pushed the date further of a week. I then said I would have wrote a bad review(but guess what I did it anyway!) if they did not fully refund and finally they did. Very bad experience and customer service, and they do not know English... Avoid at all costs!

The very operation of private sales forces us in fact to announced shipping times between 3 and 4 weeks.

These deadlines are indicated on each online sale on the site. Then add the delivery time for the ordered product, which is generally 5 working days.

WRONG GABIONS SENT…

I ordered gabions for building a wall to retain land
shown as 300x 30 x 100 part #142537 @113.9 each

The packages arrived & left as we had architect problems.
Just opened & the wrong items sent 142537 that are shown to cost 99 euros each
they are completely wrong for the job, my contractor has reconfigured them to work but we are short of the length we need.
NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A NATIONAL COMPANY

This company can’t be trusted I have…

This company can’t be trusted I have ordered electric Redditor wan I have Received them there not working the Ceramic in the Redditor broken I have informed them about the problem since January 2021 I have not Received my Refund of 1450€ The PDG of the company have been informed I think there the same as there costumer service the only way I have to get my money back I have to take legal action against this company.
