Purchased a gumsheild kit. Was told that the impression was incorrect. Had to order more putty. Recieved more putty with no impression moulds or return envelope. Emailed them asking for impression kit. Completely ignored. Asked for refund and was told 12 pounds would be deducted for the kit. So cost me 62 pounds for putty in the end. Greedy rude company.

- The finished gumshield was excellent: fitted beautifully, name attached, wide range of colours/patterns and a good price
- The initial packet came without the plastic trays which were needed although when I e-mailed they were sent straight away and I was given a free upgrade
- The instructions in the packet are poor: they ask you to press the plastic tray with the moulding material inside up into your mouth and bite down, however I was told that as I'd bitten through all the way to the plastic it wouldn't work and would need to buy more moulding material (£6). I complained about this and had the cost refunded. A video would be really helpful, or better printed instructions

Reasonably priced and always had a perfect fit with trays etc provided.
