Disappointing experience - tyres not checked properly
Despite the office staff being very helpful, the spare tyre in the back still has wire exposed, even though staff were told the spare had to be put on the vehicle. Upon collection I asked if they put the best tyre on the spare - it hadn’t even been done! I’m a little concerned that things just aren’t checked properly, but your paying for that service!

However waiting room was so hot - air conditioning not fixed . Seems to be the same 2 years ago when I was there- needs attention.

Great People Who Stick to their quote!
THIS Bridgestone centre is honest and stick to the tyres they quoted.
Need to follow up when customer advises (3x) things are missing off the booking confirmation.
I will come back as they're very nice people and they seem to enjoy their jobs.
