I found the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. They explained things clearly and were always easy to reach whenever I rang.

I went for the test today. Despite waiting from morning till evening, it did not happen. They could not say what the issue was or find a solution. I reached here after traveling for 4 hours. They could not even give a date instead. Even the customer contact number they provided did not give a proper reply. There were about 20 candidates in total. A very unprofessional center.

I'm very pleased with the first aid and security guard training i've received at my renewal top up course recently. The staff and tutors were amazing - very kind and profesional.

I enjoyed my training period with Bridge Training UK Ltd because they have good place to learn for both young and old and have good lecturers too.

The staff were very friendly, quite helpful and oh so knowledgeable. I also found them unobtrusive and never imposing or demanding. I wish all other places would be as relaxed as this.

I Was assaulted by the teacher, got the supervisor trying to convince me I Should continue my course with the same teacher.
I said no, I cannot see him again and not react so I want you to put me in another group....and haven't heard from them since ....three weeks ago...
they made you want to give up...
