False advertising! Says can do a No FICO Minimum loan - but I found out this is incorrect

I was rejected by many banks and or several others. I came across BridgeWell thru my broker. I was under contract and was travelling overseas with very limited network. BridgeWell team was very helpful and super patience. They made it easy for my broker and me to close the deal. The important part is that this is the first time I made any deal with them and they made it possible for me.

Bridgewell Capital has been a great partner for us. If we have any questions they take the time to answer our concerns. They communicate well and have always come thru even when we need to close quickly on a property which is super important in our field of work! I recommend them 100%.

John and Sabrina were great throughout the entire process. This was our first time using private capital so we were not completely sure what to expect. John pretty much walked us through step by step and also told us to make sure we reach out to him directly if we had any questions during the renovation. Bridgewell carefully financed us in our rehab property in Marion Co Indiana. They were great partners for us because they new the area very well, they helped immensely in getting a realistic appraisal for the property and getting financing in place at affordable rates, good terms, and helped us keep a good eye on the project with their inspection team, kept us on top of municipal issues, taxes, and good insurance on the project. Deepest thanks go out to John O'Leary who worked closely with us to ensure a viable project, to Connie Frederick, Christina Hussey, Michelle Ritter, William Campbell, Eric Pula, and so many others who patiently answered our questions, facilitated the construction draws, and helped us track payments & escrow account. You can always tell a company, not by what they promise but by what they deliver and how you feel dealing with them.
Lot's of moving pieces to this funding and options. There ability to think through a decisive plan is a strategic aspect to consider and there ability to educate while doing this is unheard of in the industry. Makes my decision to use on next project an easy one.

All details need to be advised of or included in the pre qualification. Last min cost is not pleasant at closing. Explanation or options beforehand are helpful as well.

I have been with BridgeWell Capital for almost two years. I recently called in to inquire about my account and received very poor customer service. I was disrespected beyond belief and accused of not honoring my loan agreement. I have never been late on a payment nor done anything to default on the agreement. The representative was accusatory and argumentative. I informed him that I would not be degraded with lies and false accusations. I requested to speak to his supervisor, he informed me that no one was available and would not be available to talk with me. BridgeWell has acted in a very unprofessional manner resulting in my withdrawal as a client along with those I know in the business and beyond.

Okay so this is was my first hard money deal and I reviewed a lot of companies and I noticed that everyone that worked with Bridgewell said to call Brad and what did I do I called Brad. Brad was extremely responsive, quick and accurate. Listen if you are reading this and you need a lender that will give you a great cost for the product, be responsive and keep you updated you need to call Bridgewell and work directly with Brad. Closed with no issues on time and I am up and running on my first hard money deal. During this market, you need a lender that you will confident that will back your deal before you make the offer, call them now!

This was the most unacceptable experience I have ever received in all my years as an adult. I am a United States Veteran I have fought in two wars one in Afghanistan and one in Iraq I spent the last 12 years of my life protecting this country so to have a team of people question my character and have no clear lines of communication was very frustrating for me. I decided to try this company because my sister referred them to me I had already done 2 flips prior with another company but my sister said there process was way better so I tried them. This had to be one of the worst mistakes of my life. I asked to speak to Management no luck I asked to speak to the legal department no luck. I just want my money back and a call back from someone in this company. No one is communicating with me I called and left messages but no one has reached out at this point I have lost my earnest money all the fees associated with all the things they said they would do like an appraisal and a boundary survey and no one will even tell me if we are closing or not. I didn’t spend so many years fighting for my country to be robbed by this dishonest company. Does anyone have a number to there Management office or there legal team.

I usually fund deals myself, decided to try bridgewell for the first time and all I can say is that from now on I will continue to use them for multiple deals, easy to use, friendly and most importantly Fast!!!, as an investor you know that time is key, Jhon and his team were fantastic, we are already working on the second deal, be confident they will be able to meet your needs.
