You would expect using a company like this would be better than a garden centre……wrong !
It took nine months to receive the full order so was unable to use it in the summer months when order was made in March . They have compensated for their errors but on our request and not their decision .

We’re very sorry that the cushions were not delivered all at the same time and fully understand how disappointing this must have been. Regrettably, this delay was completely outside of our control. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered complimentary scatter cushions, and we hope this went some way towards resolving the situation.

Amazing Service and Product
I don't often write reviews, but on this occasion I must because we have had our sofa from Bridgman for nearly a year now, and it's easily one of my favourite purchases for our home. The quality, finish, and durability have definitely met our expectations, with the Aquaclean technology making a noticeable difference in everyday use.
I must mention how fantastic Elee was throughout the entire sales and post-sales process. No pushy sales tactics, but instead she supported us expertly during the purchase. I still remember when we re-visited the showroom to look at other items, and not only did she recognise us, but she even remembered my name! My mum has now also bought a Bridgman sofa, and she is equally delighted.
I would happily buy another product from Bridgman and Elee. Thank you!
