Went into the shop in Tunbridge wells to have a look around and the sale’s man Alan was so very helpful, he had a good knowledge of the products. You do not get too much customer service today, so was very pleased with his service and friendliness.

Paul made our visit so enjoyable. He explained everything and had obviously taken note from emails that we had had in the past. He recommended garden sets for us and we ended up buying a beautiful outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table.

Sofa Bed
We purchased a sofa bed from this company. Beforehand, we'd gone to a few furniture stores before stumbling across Bridgman quite by accident. I didn't know the company until this point. As soon as we looked in the shop, we were given first rate service by Paul, who showed us exactly the product we were looking for. The quality of the product beat all other sofa beds we had seen that day hands down. We left the shop feeling very pleased. The sofa bed has now arrived and we are very happy with it and the highly personalised and professional service provided by Paul. Would definitely purchase from there again.

Perfect sofa bed
The single sofa bed is just perfect and very easy to open and close. The sale, the delivery and the after sale service have all been great and the bed itself is very comfortable.

Very knowledgeable manager who was friendly but not at all pushy. We have dogs and it is great to have a good quality sofa that has sturdy materials we know won’t be ruined!

Well what can I say apart from first class excellence from Samantha. She is a delight and helped us buy some great furniture and more importantly she is a world of wisdom with the options and styles and her interior design eye is exceptional.
