Terrible app

Terrible app. I registered and when I wanted to choose my field, which is barista, they said that there is not enough demand and there is no point for them to even open the areas...and asked me if I want to do other things, more like restaurant related so I said Kitchen porter...washing dishes obviously, if I cannot be a professional barista, and they gave me a quizz, I missed 2 questions out of two, 25 seconds only to read 4 silly answers, if you cannot read that fast because you don't have your glasses, bye. And they told me I can only apply again 6 months from now because I didn't qualify:(((( meanwhile they asked for my phone number email address (so they can bombard me with stupid commercial emails), and my address.

Soooo frustrating, don't even try it.

The Falling Fake Star

I’m a very experienced person, started from a simple waiter to achieving the leadership in most of the working places and got the Catering and Hospitality Diploma since 2001.
I’m not old, thanks God I’ve always worked during my life, but decided to settle in London and currently I can apply for the British Passport.
The reason why I wondered to work for this company was because I could trying different venues for the chance to find the place I would like to work for, but instead at the first try I passed the strange odd quiz to work as waiter.
After completing all the tasks as ; DBS and Health and Safety certification’s, the app wasn’t working or something went wrong. I tried to contact the support but didn’t found any help, I thought that’s something went wrong on the downloading the app and decided to delete the app and re downloading, obviously I had to start everything again including the frustrating quiz, which the 30 seconds to answer aren’t enough and made two errors also because the questions and answers are not reliable and it’s needed to think a bit more which it looks very bad and extremely silly and found myself rejected and the message saying that I can’t work as a waiter!!! So, if for this AI can judge myself for their nonsense quiz, that’s means that they don’t deserve me and I wish them the worst possible outcome, so as you are already losing with IndeedFlex you will with this one too.

It was OK company in the beginning

It was OK company in the beginning. Not too many jobs but still. What I liked about it was, when you choose the job, you get it straight away without waiting and the job is yours. I had good rates from my clients and decent list of companies I worked for. But ones I cancel the shift, I was banned for good. I try to claim the reasons like you can do with another better organised agency, but no one responded. Unfortunately I had to choose another more Co-operating company and remove this one from my list. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brigad

Worst website ever for temporary staff.

They penalise and charge the customer for cancelling a 'mission', even if you do so 24 hours beforehand.

However! The staff they have on their system will cancel hours beforehand and nothing is done about it. This has happened at least 8 times in less than a month of using the company.

They have cost us god knows how much in revenue and extra wages having to call our chef in on days off.

Don't bother contacting them either, you get a generic email response saying how they are sorry and they will credit your account with £50 towards the next mission. Hahahaha they didn't show for that one either...

Absolute jokes, ridiculous that this company is being allowed to trade.
