Cannot thank Hadston & CBRE enough
We signed up to this property 2 years ago, when they first started marketing it. We fell in love with it and without questions wanted to proceed. Due to Covid, we did encounter delays which wasn’t a surprise with lockdowns / social distancing rules and people falling ill. As we’d previously purchased a new build we always new that things don’t always go to plan and especially in the current climate with supply issues and shortage of workers. At times it was stressful, but I cannot thank the team at Hadston and CBRE enough for consistently keeping us up to date with our apartment, keeping in regular contact and inviting us to see the property so we could look at the progress. They really took the time to build a relationship with us both, and get to know us which meant a lot.
When we moved in, I cannot put into words just how impressed we were with everything. The concierge team welcoming us, and so friendly. The team at Hadston were on hand to help move all of our stuff into our apartment. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and assured us that anything we wasn’t happy with in the apartment they would sort for us - weather that’s now or in 6 months time. After living in the flat for a week, it was well worth the wait and feels even more special now that we are in. The standard of the whole apartment is first class, and was better than we had ever imagined - hugely exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say this was the best decision we have ever made, signing up to the property, being patient and knowing that it would be well worth the wait. We couldn’t be happier here, and we couldn’t feel more at home.
