What a perfect solution. The mirror dis not work anymore. And we have received it just 2 months before. Without any problem they surprised me to send a new mirror as replacement. Only 1 thing; communication 3 stars. Needs to improve.

The quality of the product in person is above my expectations. I also like the option to choose the light tone as well as the intensity. I am really satisfied with the mirror :).

Delighted with the vanity mirror Anastasia XL. It's fabulous and definitely exceeded our expectations. It looks amazing in my daughter's bedroom. The mirror is really good quality and it was really well packaged for delivery to Ireland.

The product arrived broken, with the mirror cracked and after 3 days I am still waiting for a reply regarding a solution.

*Fast forward, as they had replied to me with their message below, here are the facts:*
- I reported the broken mirror last March 13, and replied to them using the form, attaching pictures of the broken item. In fact, until today, I had repeated the process three times, and attached the sets of pictures of the broken mirror on two different occasions already.
- as of today, March 22, I still dont know what I need to do in order to have a refund for this damaged item. Do they want it back? Any preferred shipper? Last March 18 I specifically asked these questions so that we may move forward with the order, and had asked what the next steps were. It is a mirror that cracked everywhere during shipping so it is questionable whether they want this item back to proceed. Where to ship of this is their requirement? I had asked, but no reply.
I messaged with Coraline, Arianne, and at some point received a reply in Spanish and just yesterday was asked to fill in the form again to attach the pictures.
I am not sure what they are referring to in their reply below, as it is very clear that you need to fill the form for customer issues.
Frankly speaking, It is perhaps simpler to purchase the item again than to receive a reply or solution from the company, but out of principle, this is not the correct way to proceed.

Arrived in perfect condition & within specified time

Excellent service , product ( a mirror with lights ) arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent .

The mirror is so good, my daughter is so happy about her gift and everything went well with the delivery ☺️👍

My daughter was very happy with her new mirror, it's just like she wanted it to be. USB - charge port was a positive surprise we didin't notice before ordering.

i have recieved my mirror today, and i love it. But i am giving it 4 stars because i preordered it, but it was my mistake.

Hadn’t heard of the website before so was a little sceptical however I was completely wrong

Quality of the mirror is great
We used the stand and plug in function and it works perfectly with a couple of different settings as well as a usb port

Received a damaged product, but the procedure for returning, was smooth immediate and without problems. Received another product a few days later - this time with no damage. A+ experience

I ordered the Bright Beauty Vanity Namira rotatabIe(white) at first I was quite nervous when ordering this and unsure if the delivery was going to arrive in Ireland in one piece 😬 so anyway took the chance and ordered it on the Sunday it arrived by Wednesday by DPD courier and absolutely perfect, my daughter is over the moon with it and at half the price so I am too, will definitely order from this company again and highly recommend. It does have a 2 pin plug as I see on some reviews that people wasn't happy with that but works 100% with a shaver plug no problem 😁 Thanks so much Bright Beauty Vanity. would have uploaded picture but unsure how too
