This is a scam!!!

This is a scam! do not buy anything from these ripoff artists, their product does not work !! There is no customer Service: This is their reply when I ask for refund within the 7 days of receiving it.

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for everything that you have gone through since the product was not what you expected.

According to our policy, we're happy to send a free replacement if there is product quality problem. Unfortunately, it seems that the replacement can not solve your problem.

If you want to return, I'm sorry that you have to pay the shipping fee back to our return warehouse in Asia. However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation.

Alternatively, we would like to offer 15% refund on your current order. You can keep the product or donate to someone who may need it. How do you think, J.? Actually, I think this offer is a better deal rather than choosing to return.

Its a scam you end up with a plastic non working simulation. Anyone else experience this?

This is a scam! The dog you see on the doctored video is NOTHING like the actual dog that you receive, it is a cheap knockoff!!!! There are several complaints about this company and I am filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau along with the AOCC.

Purchased trailer lights that took over a month to get and they sent ONE! Tried multiple times to get a response-NOT! What the hell are these people in business for?

I guess I should have read these reviews before I fell for the scam. I have never received the order I paid for. After waiting a month, I received an email that my order was delivered ( 2 days before I got the email). They also sent fake tracking info from China. I contacted them via email and told them I never received my order and they told me that the "USPS Post Office" confirmed it was delivered and suggested I check with my neighbors and my security cameras. I asked for a refund and they told me that it isn't possible to get a refund because it was confirmed shipped. Then they sent me an email telling me that they can send another one. I declined waiting another month and still insisted on a refund. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

Has anyone had any luck getting a refund. I paid via PayPal so am hopeful they will issue a refund.

I have also lodged a complaint with the ACCC

The advertisement online is fake. I paid $36 for a robot dog toy. They send me a battery cheap thing that do not do any of those thing showed on the youtub ad. I want my money back.

This company is a sham, scam and DO NOT order from them. They "sell" a beautiful working model of an internal combustion engine with real moving parts made of metal...promoted as a perfect teaching model.
The price point was ~$45. Reasonable for what was being shown.
I received a cheap, distorted hunk of plastic cramp with a little bit of paint on it. It was suppose to resemble an engine. The company has a STRICT 7 day return policy. Which under normal circumstances is OK. But, due to a tragic death in my family, (My son died), I was unable to communicate in a timely fashion.
The company service reps or who ever has responded to my inquires and pleas, just negates and offers ONLY that they have to follow their policy.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY AS THEY ARE DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL.

I fell for the ultralink scam as well,definitely false advertising.

If I could give a negative star I would. I purchased the Ultralink Pocket Satellite Wifi Modem which they advertised as buy this once and you won't have to pay anything else for internet EVER. It "apparently" uses satellite technology to connect to the internet. RUBBISH - you need to buy a sim card from an internet provider ie pay for internet to access the internet.... DO NOT BUY THIS. I have contacted Bright Buy and I would think I'm talking to AI as I just get "thanks for sharing your thoughts with us". And they offered me 25% discount to keep it. Or I pay the freight cost to return it for a full refund. Not happening.. I'll be contacting my bank for a full refund.
SHONKY BUSINESS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have reported them to the ACCC for false and misleading advertising.

Ordered a working metal engine kit from this clown and 6 weeks later got a broken ceramic 1 piece engine that looked like it was painted by a 3rd grader. It took a few months of constant e-mails but I finally did get my money back. So for those of you that also got scammed, just be persistent.

What I don't understand is why we can't get them put out of business.

Continuing lies about refunding. Garbage product, and it arrived broken. One star is too many! Scam fraud BS!

Ordered one piece of equipment, received a cheap completely different piece of junk. Stay away from this company. Will not refund.

Same as all the other reviews. They advertised a nice product. Five or six weeks later I received a piece of junk drop shipped from China. Offered me half my money back to keep it. I told them to pound salt, I want all my money back as the product is nothing as advertised. Then they ghosted me, so I took it up with PayPal. They gave me the run around for a while, but I stood my ground that PayPal was supposed to protect me against scammers like this. They finally issued me a credit for the other half of my money. Lesson learned, don't buy crap off of Instagram!

I bought a robot dog and got scammed by this company. I got a non realistic, very cheap dog battery operated in a plastic bag. False advertisement.

Falsely advertised products. They show fake videos/images.

Ordered 2 robotics dogs, received absolute junk - weird cheap battery operated toys you would find in a 1980’s flea market, wrapped in plastic and tape no less - unbelievable.

Support is beyond terrible. It’s not about the money, I just want to warn people to stay away.

Do not buy product from this vendor.

I ordered a belt advertised as tough, durable, and even had photos showing what it looked like with branding. I received a piece of synthetic rope that doesn’t even work as a belt. Straight up scam. They offer 15% of my money back, or pay them more than I paid for the product for a return. All emails received are very clearly AI generated. Stay away from BrightBuy.

I ordered 2 robot rechargeable dogs which was not what I recieved I got 2 cheap battery operated dogs which are garbage and I wish I had researched the company before purchasing. Also all the reviews on their site are all foreign names ( no disrespect to anyone ) so you can read them but you can't post a review stay well away from this so called company scam scam scam
