My first order for a cycling jersey was cancelled by Bright the following day. The charge did not appear on my credit card. My emails questioning why went unanswered. I ordered it again, and my credit card was charged. I have not heard from the company, and I am very skeptical that the order will be fulfilled. Is this company a scam? Not very customer focused, at the very least!

This company does not accept returns because all of their products are dropped shipped from China. I wanted to return as item was not as described and they said give the glasses to a friend and buy a different pair from us and we will give you 30 percent off. Really??? How is that a deal for me? I want my money back and I don’t want your product. Resubmitting credit card dispute again today. Don’t buy from them.

Bought 2 sets of sunglasses and a jersey from them in August. The sunglasses were weak. The lenses are near clear and offer very very little protection from the sun. Tried to return them and discovered that they don't allow returns because they are in China.
Bought a jersey at the same time. It has not been delivered and 'customer service' has been all promises and no action. I have received some spam notifications from what is supposed to be USPS asking for a credit card and <$1.00 US to correct the address and deliver it. Received this 2xs now. Customer service is useless. Lip service and a rip off. I'm trying to reclaim the money I've lost to them through my credit card.
Do not buy from this company. They will rip you off. Steal your money for some cheap, useless, Chinese made crap that you will not be able to use.

I purchase your Tessera90 Polarised Glasses - Red back in August (order # 116430). The other day I was switching out the colored lens when my Rx Lens Adapter broke. Not sure if there was a warranty on these, but after only six months, I wouldn't expect them to break this easily.I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the company, but their contact page comes back with a page can't be found. Also wrote a note on their facebook page and got no respond. Looking to get a replacement RX adapter, but there is no where on the site to purchase a new one. I really liked the glasses when I purchased them, but now I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

Never received product.I forgot I ordered. I will not trust this company again

DONOT buy from this company, this company is all BS. Bought the cycling glass with the adapter use it for about 3 month the adapter is broken already, I email them ask for like warranty and I know is not going to happen but just to see what there warranty is right ?? That they reply me because the adaptor is very hard to manufacture so they don’t even sell them separately. To me this is full of BS. I am also in plastic injection mold manufacture. And I am ok to buy just the adaptor but they said no, how stupid is that. They want all the customer buy new pair. To me this company don’t want any return or new customer at all. If I am you don’t buy from them and make sure do your research before order from this company. There is always a good apple and bad apple out there. You just need to find it. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a pair of glasses that fitted prescription and this was the best alternative that I found in the internet.

Would probably pay 5x more if I purchased from another brand.

These glasses may be fine for anyone who doesn't need a prescription insert and wants a cheap pair of glasses they won't feel bad about if they are damaged.

I do need the prescription insert, and when I received the product and took the insert out, it is the quality of a cheap dollar store toy and would last about as long as a cheap dollar store toy. I immediately had my doubts. I took it to my optometrist's office to see what they thought and to get prescription lenses inserted and they agreed with me that the quality was very low. They didn't think the cheap plastic insert would even withstand putting lenses in. When I emailed Brightcycling, their response was that they had never heard that before and to take it to another optician.

Now I would like a refund, since the glasses are clearly an inferior product, and I've just started the process. I asked for the return address, but they just sent me a link to a YouTube video showing how easy it is to attach the insert and lenses. I'm sure I am going to get screwed here.

Don't buy these glasses unless you just need a cheap and cheaply made pair you don't care about and if you don't need them to have the prescription insert. Total garbage.

ADDITIONAL COMMENT: Brightcycling's response is their surprise that my optometrist showed "such an emotional reaction" when I merely said they agreed with me that the quality is low. A little misdirection hoping a random reader won't go back and read my full comment? No I did not buy a pair from the optometrist. I know you're hoping to misdirect the attention from your poor quality glasses to an optometrist who recognizes a money making opportunity, but that did not happen. We merely sat together in the office and agreed that they were junk.

I ordered prescription sunglasses a couple of months back. The main reason for going with Bright Cycling was the cost.
It was delivered on time. Unfortunately the adapter has snapped on both the lenses. I could buy just the adapter, but it doesn't seem cheaper anymore, if you include the lenses. Also, I don't really trust the adapter to not break again.
Store-bought sunglasses for me from now on.

This i an update to a previous review: No, I don't have my sunglasses yet. It's 110 days and counting.

The original shipment was actually cancelled in May. This week, after complaining yet again, they gave me a new tracking number. It arrived in Vancouver on Aug 21. It has apparently NOT cleared customs yet.

They have been blaming Canada Post all these months, yet it wasn't even in the country nor cleared customs until mid August.

Effectively, they have been LYING to me all along.

Also, they have not responded to this series of complaints here on Trustpilot.

I understand about challenges during the pandemic, but surely they can do better than to cowardly lie to customers.

Ordered some glasses back then, they costed me $40 but were on par if if not better than my other famous brand pair of glasses

Lenses were complicated to put on. Didn't like the fit. Wanted a refund and was denied. Gave them away!!!

It's good to wear shades again. I have prescription glasses and can't wear contacts. I love how I can now wear glasses and see along with shades for when I'm riding.

Totally satisfied with the product excited to get the prescription filled as I use for Golf again great product

I placed an order with Bright cycling online as it was time for a new set of glasses.
Ordering and payment was quick however delivery to Barcelona was extraordinary fast.
The package arrived very quick.
Upon opening the package I was impressed with the product.
Very easy to interchange lenses.
I would recommend and order another set from Bright.

Do not order from them. Order two pairs of sunglasses that took 70 days after shipping to be delivered. Took 36 days from the day they arrived in the US to be delivered, even after clearing customs in CA took over 20 days to be delivered. The problem is they were delivered somewhere in FL even though I live nowhere near there even though I confirmed on my order had the correct shipping address. Usually takes days to get any kind of response from them.

I am really happy with my purchase. The fit is perfect. They are light. The prescription adapter takes to the next level. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you

I bought some cycling glasses. Arrived ok bit they are huge. Problably all revies9on their site are fake. Few friend of mine tried them and it thry are to big.
They don't accept returns and refund. So a joke site. Avoid them
