I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Brighterly tutoring company. I requested to cancel my membership multiple times, yet my account was never properly canceled. Despite clearly communicating my request, they continued to charge my card without authorization.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of real customer support. It appears that the company relies entirely on automated systems or A.I. to handle customer service, with no access to an actual representative to resolve billing issues. When you are dealing with something as serious as unauthorized charges, automated responses are simply not acceptable.

I expected transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Instead, I experienced ongoing charges, no clear resolution, and no human assistance. I would strongly caution others to carefully review cancellation policies before signing up. Based on my experience, canceling a membership may be far more difficult than it should be.

Great experience with both tutors. They were very patient, knowledgeable and professional. They made the lessons fun and easy to follow.

The process itself is not a bad one. But the fact that the price is completely different from the original advertisement that I received, I would have not wasted you guys time or my own. I am really looking for a program for a child that is less privileged and not able to afford something at this rate.

What I loved about our session with Brighterly was the teachers. They were patient, kind, and encouraging.

He explained the concepts of algebra petty well and break it down in steps.

My daughter's touter is great very patient and great with her my daughter has ADHD and is easily distracted but her touter keeps her instead and encourages her. She is very sweet. Thanks "Czarina Relleve"

Brighterly is an amazing program that helps me with my math skills and if i am struggling they are there for me. It is a very good program for immersive learning however it would be nice if we could do more diverse interactive activities example, maybe solving a puzzle or a educational game

The tutor was patient with my child. The lesson was accurate to what he needs help with. He was happy afterwards and wanted to know when is his next tutor session.

I am very happy to have online classes in this app, especially with Miss Mary, our math teacher. She explains math in a very clear and simple way. Even difficult problems become easier when she teaches them. Online classes with her make learning math fun and interesting.

Our tutor, Gia has a lot of patience with my daughter. I love the fact that there are homework assignments.
We meet up twice a week and that really fits our schedule.

I would recommend Brighterly to any and every one I meet that has a child struggling or needs help on school subjects, it has been such a great help to my son. We've been with this service for about 3 weeks now and we can definitely see improvement in grades and tests. My son understands better and ask his tutor to break it down. I love that his tutor responds as many times as needed to make sure my son understands fully. Lester has truly been a blessing to our family. We are truly grateful for Brighterly

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Brighterly! My daughter is currently taking ELA classes. The lessons are engaging, structured, and tailored to her level, which keeps her motivated and confident.

Our tutor, Neptune Irish Sala, is absolutely fantastic. She is patient, kind, and very encouraging. She explains concepts clearly and makes learning enjoyable. I really appreciate how attentive and supportive Neptune is — she truly cares about her students’ success.

I also want to mention that the customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, professional, and worked with my requests without any issues. That level of support makes a big difference.

My son has been taking a weekly math class with Judea, and she is truly the best math teacher we have ever had.

He absolutely loves her class. Judea makes math so engaging and fun, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with her students. My son is usually the type who complains about taking academic classes, but with Judea, he never complains. In fact, he looks forward to every session.

She explains concepts clearly, keeps students interested, and creates a positive learning environment. I have also noticed his confidence in math improving.

I highly recommend Judea to any parent looking for an excellent, patient, and inspiring math teacher.
