This website seems to be a scam. Items have not arrived. No shipping notification. No replies to any emails even though my order was placed a couple of weeks ago. Comments deleted on Instagram. Avoid this site

Customer service help does not seem to exist . My Order is not yet received, but am only able to get to a chat bot response that gives order tracking and simply states ‘not yet fulfilled’ , should have received my purchase in 3-5 days from ordering , it’s now been 11 days. I ordered previously and received without trouble , but this time I’m now thinking I may have lost my money!

Clearly a scam! Ordered years ago and they came quick. This time they have took full payment, no order has arrived and are ignoring emails and messages on instagram

Appalling customer service. This is my second time ordering from this company and both times the order has been weeks late. It takes multiple DMs to receive a reply and the response is mind boggling in lack of accountability. Today, finally, after a number of messages my order arrived. However, it wasn’t my full order and one was missing. If you want an order that arrives 1) on time 2) is what you paid for then I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Lesson learned, never again will I order from this “company”.

Used them before few years back, quick and easy. This time round, 4 weeks later. Nothing has arrived. I emailed they replied saying it would arrive within 5-7 business days. We are now in day 8. Nothing. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience. Paid in full trust, and 5 weeks later, I have not received my item. Feels like a complete scam. Following several emails, I have not received 1 reply. Do not order from this site - it is a complete rip off!

Second time ordering strips. First time they came very quickly, this time it’s been nearly 2 weeks since ordering. No replies to any of my emails querying where the item is. Shocking service. Also messaged on Instagram and no reply

Order never arrived and nearly impossible to get any replies to emails. Will never use again. Bad company. Don’t throw away your money

Customer service takes weeks to reply and when they finally do its unhelpful. Items ordered never arrived and neither did any of the other replacement orders they 'sent'. No explanation given either just vague 'delivery issues' which is fine and usually a once off but not with 3 separate packages. The problem is going on 3 months, currently waiting on a refund they claim to have sent me, we will see. Their website also claims to have good reviews on trust pilot yet there aren't any reviews. They also delete comments of people complaining on Instagram posts. I didn't do this but seen others did and I noticed the comments were no longer there after a day or two. Funnily enough, they don't have any comments on any posts but have over 12k followers. Would avoid like the plague.
