We recently booked a service on our boiler which was installed by Bright Gas and nobody turned up on the appointed day. We tried ringing and messaging several times during the day but nobody even had the courtesy to reply and apologise. We still haven't heard from them and had to find someone else who did the job very quickly and very efficiently.

Steve and his brother Andrew provided an excellent service when we recently replaced our boiler and had a few smaller jobs done as well. Within 10 days of contacting Bright Gas Steve had visited the property, given us quote and completed the work! A messy job but the work was efficiently and competently carried out and all the rubbish and waste was removed, even the kitchen floor got swept.
I would recommend Bright Gas, we will be using them to service the new boiler and for future jobs. Always happy to support a local business.

Steve from Bright Gas was very friendly and professional; between me leaving for work and returning in the evening he worked flat out to remove a rubbish old boiler and fit a new one plus a new radiator, and left the place spotless so there was no disruption at all. Very happy with the price and service, would recommend him if anyone is considering a new boiler installation.

Rang this morning with a problem with thermostat the gentleman came out and was sorted out immediately I would definitely use again and recommend

Really nice guy, prompt and took time to investigate boiler breakdown and repair. Cost was very affordable too and I will gladly ask Bright Gas back should I need any help again.

When I had boiler issues,Steve and his team were recommended to me by a friend. From requesting a quote to fitting a new boiler took three days. They were timely, efficient, explained everything about the boiler and what work needed doing. The new boiler was fitted with minimum fuss and no mess . I am absolutely delighted with the boiler and the work carried out and would highly reccomend Bright Gas to all my friends and family.

Iv been using bright gas now for 2-3 years. Very reliable and reasonable prices. I highly recommend. Only down fall is he's a Leeds fan.

I have used this company on several occasions, including two boiler installations. I have found them to be good value for money & good tradesmen. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Friendly great service, I found this firm when my boiler broken the day before going on holiday. Arrived on time, found fault, went and got part needed, all done in around 2hrs. Have since used for further work. Don't try and sell you what you done need.
