We had a unit designed and built in our study in October 2024.
This was an expensive custom built piece of furniture so we made a trip to their workshop so that we could see the quality of the product as well as the installation and we were impressed.
Jeff created a lovely design which was exactly what we wanted.
What we had not anticipated was that the installation was completed by another company and at no point was this explained by Jeff - we assumed that the high quality installed produce that we saw at the workshop was a fair reflection of the installation quality. The installers were very polite and hardworking but they were not carpenters. The finished product was poor with lots of silicon to cover the poor scribing against the wall, a bad join in the desk (when the design showed one piece) and scratches on the paint work. We were not happy and complained at the time but Jeff would not come and see the finished product.
Over the next few weeks a number of panels fell off and lights stopped working. We complained to Jeff and asked him to come and see our unit. He refused and simply connected us with the installer company who were very defensive and to be honest pretty aggressive to me as a woman. They did come and reattach the 4 panels that had fallen off and fix the light. Since then more panels continue to fall off.
Overall we feel really let down and feel that we overpaid for a custom built piece of furniture that is simply held together by glue. We have complained to Jeff but he has still not seen our unit in person or addressed our concerns. We would not recommend.

We had worked with the team in 2021 for built-in wardrobes and had a fantastic experience: great design suggestions, efficient and kind team, amazing results. We needed more built-in storage and had no hesitation to go back to Jeff and his team for quality work and great design. The team didn't disappoint, we are very happy once again with the finished product as well as the entire process. It was fast and smooth, and great value. We recommend Brightman Furniture to everyone! and would go back again to them should we need any more work. Thanks to the whole team, Jeff, Igoris and Olga in particular!

Our wardrobes and storage cupboard shelving got installed today, and we couldn't be happier! Igor, our fitter, did an amazing job—his attention to detail is impressive. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted: top-notch quality and excellent customer service, from planning to execution. Highly satisfied!

We used Smart Fit Wardrobes for the design and installation of our new media unit. Highly recommend. Mario and his team has done an excellent job with regards to our TV unit. The model and materials were made exactly as we wanted and designed. Their reaction was friendly and quick and everything was done within 5 weeks after our first enquiry. Definitely worth the money paid.
