We recently purchased a mattress from this well known company. After a short time we moved to another property and unfortunately it was damaged. Contacted Bed centre and they collected and returned mattress within 4 hours at a very reasonable cost as good as new. We recommend this company to anyone. Jeff and Myra

We had to replace my 98 year old Mother's bed. We chose to visit Brighton Bed Centre having bought from them in the past and been very satisfied.
They were extremely helpful and a Double Divan was decided on and made to the required height for her in their on site workshop. Our Mum is very happy with her new bed and very comfortable.
We received a friendly welcome, expert advice and patience from the moment we walked through their door, to delivery and taking away her ancient bed. Totally recommend them.

I was given a no rush no push experience.
Stuart is very experienced and well versed in his products and unlike some, knew the answer to every question I asked.
I was given plenty of time to try out 3 beds in peace.
The follow up service is excellent if you have more questions. I had forgotten what old fashioned service was like. Brilliant!

We had tried a couple of the online 100 day trial mattresses and both went back. Found our perfect one here, an Mlily hybrid. We didn't feel hurried or steered towards the most expensive ones. Stuart was genuinely interested in ensuring we got the best for our stated budget. Proper old school customer service not led by sales targets is what you will get here. A very fair price, they took our old one away and the delivery people were lovely too. I highly recommend this store.

I have just bought a new bed base, & I am delighted with it. Connor was very helpful, & not at all pushy. They delivered it free, only charged £25 to take away the old one, & removed all the packing. It arrived with 4 headboard bolts already installed which I didn't expect. Connor said it has a 5 year warranty, so that gives me confidence. A very positive experience.

I have purchased 2 mattresses from these guys almost 10 years apart and they have both been well over a £1000 but they have lasted and I have been delighted with the service and the whole shopping experience with them. My current mattress was purchased at the beginning of 2004 and to be really honest I can't wait to buy another. The quality and customer service I experienced from the owner Phil was second to none and I was very surprised to seen that there isn't more 5 star reviews on here as this is one of the most rated items in our lives as we spend most of our lives in bed. I highly recommend this company as they actually care and give you the best advise and assistance when you are purchasing anything from them. It makes it easy that they take away your old mattress too as it feels like I am renting my mattress for £100 a year which is a bargain considering how comfortable it is. A seemingly nice chap to greet you and fill you with anticipation, but the mattress that was delivered was nothing like the one we tested in the shop. It was rock hard. They blamed the bed frame I had. They kindly bent their rules and picked it up, replacing it with another which I found in their shop, which was the softest one they had. It was so soft you sank into it. When it was delivered (as they make all their mattresses to order), it was rock hard like the first one. Obviously we couldn't change it a second time. The mattress cost me almost a thousand UK pounds and I've struggled with it now for 5 years just because of how much I had to pay for it. Mattress toppers help a little but I still feel like I have slept on a concrete slab. We bit the bullet and bought a new mattress (a cheap one from ebay for £250) and it's way, way more comfortable, and it's not as hard as a rock. So it wasn't my bed frame that was the problem. My beef with this company is although the service is great, you don't receive the bed you sit on in their shop, (even after 5 years its like concrete), and it seems to me they are just sending the same rock hard mattress for whatever you order. I didn't want to write a bad review but I've had to put up with years of back ache because I didn't want to throw a grand in the bin and they are definitely doing something deceptive here with the beds (i.e. same insides different covers, all of them hard as a rock). They say they supply hotels, thank god I haven't stayed in a hotel that uses their mattresses.
