Really excellent service from start to finish. Complex historic building install so took months to plan, but everyone at BF went above and beyond. Can't recommend more.

Brighton Fibre are astonishing.

They are proof that a telecoms business doesn't have to be a tyrant like EE, O2, Virgin, Sky, Three ...


They pick up the phone. They reply to emails, same day. They know your name. They know your street. They know what you need. They speak your language. 



They are the exact opposite of the chatbot, couldn't-give-a-toss, clueless attitude of the corporates, who long ago forgot what customer service was, and why it mattered.

Their cheerful guys turn up on time in their cheerful van, and just crack on. When Olly hit a small snag installing ours, he simply stuck around well beyond 5pm until it was sorted.

This company deserves to be recognised nationally for restoring so many people's faith in business -- and rescuing so many people from their shameless big boy rivals.

Brighton Fibre are simply in a different league.

Brighton Fibre service is excellent and their communication with customers is second to none. Their installation staff were lovely, polite, respectful and efficient. Now, thanks to them, I have super fast broadband. I recommend them to everyone considering a new broadband provider.

Brighton Fibre rescued us from the decades of tyranny we had endured as a customer of BT. Slow broadband, frustrating customer service, painful communications and indecipherable billing are now a thing of the past, thanks to Brighton Fibre going above and beyond and finding a way to install a fibre line to our street. I am incredibly grateful and impressed with their business and their people.

Great broadband service!
Our experience started with a detailed communication for the installation. The installation itself was professionally done with a friendly service - even in an awful wet weather!

The internet service itself is flawless so far. I have not experienced a single downtime. The speed is exactly as advertised - which I think is very rare!

All in all, I can't fault them. Great customer support and fantastic broadband service. Ok, they might be slightly more expensive than competitors, but worth the service and we're not tied to a contract either!

Jonny did an emergency fix and really helped us out. Busy office in centre of town. Some wiring had been pulled out and left us with no phone, wifi or ctv. BT wanted a huge amount of money and couldn't come for days. Jonny came promptly and fixed efficiently and conscientiously for a very reasonable cost

After a terrible experience with our now former provider (three months on and still waiting for a connection!) we feel enormously grateful to Brighton Fibre who stepped in and got us online at our new studio in less than a week. Everything - from their regular and clear communications to their friendly and efficient team inspired confidence. They were knowledgeable, responsive and helpful – we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’ve now put my name on their waiting list for my home broadband connection too – that’s how impressed I was!

We switched from Virgin to Brighton Fbre. We had broadband only with Virgin and always had to renegotiate at the end of each contract or pay almost double. Brighton Fibre are more than twice the speed and cheaper. Installation couldn't have been more pleasant and they also dealt with the switching of contracts. It's been 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Can't praise enough. Also delighted to be supporting a local business rather than a faceless conglomerate.

In the ten years I have lived near the station in Brighton, the broadband has only ever been available via a BT line, maxing out at 40Mbps. I read with interest about new local company Brighton Fibre and registered my details on their website. I expected to hear nothing as with all the other Alt net providers "coming soon to your area".

After a few months I had an email advising they can potentially service my property. After a few emails to understand the requirements, the installation was swiftly arranged, and the guys that visited were friendly, polite and helpful. When a slight issue was discovered an additional member of the team was called to assist and arrived quickly and all was sorted. The installation was neat and well done, the fibre cable is so small it is virtually invisible.

Since installation a month ago it has worked perfectly, not one drop and speed has remained consistently 150Mbps download and upload speed and a ping of just 8ms.

I have every confidence if I do ever have an issue then I can contact them easily and it will be resolved just as easily as my initial experience. Its refreshing to deal with such a small friendly local team who reply personally by email and if you live in the Brighton area then 100% give them a go.

So pleased to have switched from big soulless corporate Virgin Media to local legends Brighton Fibre.
Dealing with real people via email with quick responses to arrange install and they handled all the communication with my current supplier (Virgin) - ask for the "One Touch Switching" at no cost. All went very smoothly. The install by Will was done with care and consideration to my requirements. Internet fired up first time and when checked on speedtest ran at the quoted speed (in my case 150mbps)
No tie ins to long contracts, just 1 month at a time, but I don't see myself going back.
Very, very happy customer!

Their van misused carer parking permit and blocked a disabled car driver from getting into his car. They refused to address the problem saying they did not know who was driving their van. How can you not know who is driving your van?

If you're lucky enough to have Brighton Fibre in your street I cannot recommend them more highly. Great value broadband, reliable connectivity and truly amazing customer support. The way they do business is different and it really shows. So, I asked for advice about fixings on my wall where I need dampwork done. Their response (immediate) was to send someone to discuss with me and the builder doing the work on the day he starts. Imagine that from Virgin or Sky!! By getting rid of the hideous Virgin monster, I'm saving £100 per month and getting this level of service!

Wow, such amazing service it's almost impossible to compare them to other companies.

At 2pm I emailed to ask to switch from their £45pm deal to the £25pm one. Any other company would charge and make a fuss and take ages. But with Brighton Fibre, I had an email back saying "yes of course" and I had emails at about 3pm saying my direct debit had been changed to £25.

They are So quick and friendly.

I couldn't praise this company enough. A previous company let me down badly over Christmas and Brighton Fibre came out to supply my Internet straight away. The chaps that came were excellent. Great customer service. We've had no issues with our internet. All in all they have been fantastic! Highly recommend.

Leo and the team have done a fantastic job in transforming the broadband connection on our street in Brighton. These guys are so so much better than dealing with big national companies who we used to have to put up with. It's so refreshing to be able to deal with a local business who knows exactly what they are doing rather than a faceless utility who doesn't care. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Really impressed with Brighton Fibre, the install guys were friendly (and answered my million questions without getting grumpy) and did a great install (despite it being way more difficult than they originally intended). A couple of teething issues but they were sorted out within 24 hours.

Uptime has been 100% (apart from scheduled downtime) and the speeds have been consistently fast.

Prices are very reasonable, scheduled downtime is notified in advance and done at a time most normal human beings are in bed.

Brighton Fibre are the total opposite of the big boys such as BT and as others have stated are a breath of fresh air.

Highly recommend them, install lead time can be a bit long but it's worth the wait.. Imagine being able to watch 4K without it stuttering (looking at you BT and your 80mbps offerings)..

An enormous breath of fresh air after the rudeness, unresponsiveness and blatant over-charging from the big dinosaur of the broadband world. If Brighton Fibre are available in your street, what ARE you waiting for?

Super helpful in installation in a tricky location. Amazingly helpful once up and running - I mean send an email and get a quick, helpful, human response. Even on pretty technical issues. What's not to like. 100% recommend.

I had an urgent request, and Brighton Fibre responded remarkably well, accommodating me with impressive speed by assisting on the exact same day.
