Ordered an item on a Friday afternoon. Received an email less than an hour later, saying my order was with Royal Mail! Royal Mail were also efficient, that I wasn't expecting it to turn up on Monday, so I wasn't listening out for the delivery...

Wonderful experience. Contacted them online about a silver chain we wanted to have a look at, in the hopes it fit my partner's dream chain. It'd be a custom build, so we chatted via email and came up with the idea of ordering a standard one, then returning it and getting the custom one made if it was right.

Great quality chain - significantly chunkier and better made than the others we'd seen from a variety of places - beautiful craftsmanship, looked gorgeous and was cheaper than most of similar size. Unfortunately not what my partner was looking for, so we organised the return.

Georgi was great at every stage of the process. Very understanding, patient, helpful and cool. Highly recommended!

Adore this company. Second time purchasing some rings from them. Had to exchange one of the rings for a bigger size and the turnaround was super speedy. Quality product and affordable and am always complimented on their rings!

Still waiting for my order which was placed nearly 2 weeks ago. Royal Mail tracking not available for some reason.....

I bought a silver ring to wear at work in place of my wedding ring which I didn't want to damage. In addition I bought a spin-ring for my thumb. The rings arrived quickly and are beautiful. The only negative is that the ring sizer they send you came up smaller than the sizes on their site. Some items advise ordering a size up due to the width but mine didn't. It was a good size too small but as it was so nice I gave it to my daughter who loves it. It appears their refund/exchange is good but I've not used that facility. I would definitely buy jewellery from them again as their pieces are very well made and are excellent value for money.

What an exceptional experience. I have lived in Brighton many years and walked past Brighton Silver but never given it a moment's thought. I stopped at random to ask if a necklace could be repaired. I was dealt with by Ronel who was not only knowledgeable but obviously skilled and above all polite and helpful. I ended up taking several insignificant pieces of jewellery (important to me) to be repaired over a few weeks. She always came out TOPS.
