I had tried several times to refinance after my ex left with no success. Some of the biggies couldn't make it happen. I have a great credit score, but the property has some unique qualities - which is what I love about it! The unique qualities didn't fit into anyone's form. Janet Farmer worked with me through everything and I feel by the time the closing finally came around, I had found a friend!
This company went above and beyond for me, made me more than a number or a form. So rare in this day and age.
Janet took the time to listen and explain and calm when I got upset about having to have yet another appraisal. She was amazing and knows her stuff!
Have no reservations about contacting Brightpath. And if you can partner with Janet Farmer, all the better!

My wife and I did not receive clear directions regarding the required documents which caused delays and much frustration. An overall poor communication experience. We had NO updates on rate changes. Had we not monitored and notified our represenative of the lower % interest rate change it would have been to our detriment. We will not recommend Brightpath.

Experience was just OK, I didn't get the best rate and the closing wasn't smooth.

Refinancing a mortgage is about as pleasant as dental surgery. That said, I must correct myself and add that this is usually the case, but Brightpath proved to be the exception. They made the process painless and provided knowledgeable support at every stage. It was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend their services to my friends and family. They are outstanding.

These guys get it done quickly and very professionally. We did everything from our home. They contacted me when rates fell enough to make it worthwhile refinancing not long after the original mortgage. This was a good move for us and cost us nothing out of pocket.

Re-financed twice with Terry Lawson @ Brightpath. Great deal and excellent service. I've re-fied elsewhere in the past and the process was never this seamless.

From the moment we first contacted Brightpath and spoke with Rock Bailey we felt like we were important customers. Rock and the staff in his office were quick to get the ball rolling. From the moment we began the loan process until we closed on our house was exactly 40 days.
The turn around was incredible and we never felt like our loan was put on a back burner.
