The move involved the delivery to a flat in an Italian city of books from a London flat. Bright Removals offered extremely CLEAR INFORMATION about the COST of the move, which did not increase in progress, as it often happens in this kind of services. The PUNCTUALITY in picking up the books from the London address and delivering them to the Italian address was also exemplary.
The impression of RELIABILITY of the Bright Removals' management was also evident from the first moment, and wiped out the chances of uncertainty or anxiety about the goods being moved.

I am really happy with the service Bright provided. Paul handled our lab move from Wales to Germany. It wasn't straighforward and they had to deal with a lot of issues with our invoices, customs etc. but Paul resolved it all very professionally and with impressive patience, and everything arrived in time. Thank you! I honestly hope I don't have to move my lab again, but if I did I would certainly ask Bright again.

I used Bright Removals to bring some of my late father's belongings from Poland to the UK and was very impressed by the excellent service they provided, not to mention value for money. At every stage of the process - from providing a quote and advice on the UK customs paperwork, to carefully and professionally packing a lot of fragile and awkwardly shaped objects, to delivering everything on time and in perfect condition - Anna and her colleagues were super-helpful and efficient, and I didn't need to worry about a thing.
