I ordered a rug from Bright Roomy.When it arrived it literally looked like someone had been shot on it! It was supposed to be a “distressed” look but looked like red paint had been splattered all over to give it a distressed look.To put it simply,it was the ugliest rug I’ve ever seen! I try calling them and after having no success with that I begin emailing them. I was told in email,that is the way the rug is supposed to look.I was also told I could return it but it would be hard for them to get rid of it and they told me what address to send it to.I Mail it out,sent them the tracking info and NEVER heard back from them! I also spent nearly $50 to ship the rug back! I waited for probably close to a month for a refund before I reached out to my credit card company to file a dispute.My suggestion is DON’T order a red/“distressed” rug from them unless you like a “crime scene” look!

I would not give this company any stars if I could. I ordet a quilt for my grandson for his birthday. When I finally received quilt in was smaller than your standard size. So I reached out to see if I could exchange for larger size. Since they had 100% guarantee. Amy sent several emails never heard anything. Then finally got a response saying to send item back with tracking number. Then they would send me a invoice for the difference in price for larger size. It's been over a month and I have heard nothing. No quilt and out my money spent. STAY AWAY from this company. They do not stand behind they're word.

5 stars all the way. There was a bit of a delay in the shipping due to the holiday rush but they ask if the delivery time frame is acceptable so it's not a surprise. Now the product: purchased the Maryland quilt. I cannot believe how beautiful it is. The colors are so vibrant and the art work is amazing! I would hang this as a wall tapestry it's so nice.

I ordered the North Carolina Tar Heels Basketball Canvas Wall Art. My husband has wanted it for a year or more. We received it today… just in time for Christmas and I LOVE it. It’s very good quality and you cannot beat the price. I always worry about smaller companies and whether or not they are real. This one did a fabulous job and even responded very well when I wrote to ask them about delivery. I cannot say enough good things about this product and the people of this company. Thanks!

I purchased the Scooby Doo and its beautiful and perfect size. I got it because my Kitty Riley steals my blankets so I use this one. Well she meowed for the first few days I had it, I couldn’t figure out what she wanted. She can say “Mom” and was driving me crazy. So I thought she was cold I put my blanket (Scooby) over her, she came from under the blanket then laid down on it and now has stolen it! lol so I ordered a second one with Lion King on it for her CHRISTmas present. Just wanted to share we Love our Bright & Roomy blanket.

The Customer Service was Awesome! The speed from order to when I received my product was A1, & the quality of the product was Outstanding! I would advice anyone that is looking for a designer Quilt/Blanket to look no further than Bright & Roomy, they are definitely the Best I've ever dealt with, I was VERY PLEASED 😁

Do not believe the negative reviews about this company!! I live in the USA and had an issue with the website crashing on me. Within minutes they were talking to me on Facebook and were settling my issue. Customer service is 5 stars and their products every time I have ordered something from them has always been this best! Made to order always!!

I ordered a Celtic Quilt in September and it eventually arrived. I was so disappointed when I found it was distorted. The original picture, when enlarged, is distorted. I wrote to the company and received a reply from, Ryan Parker. He assured apologized for the error and asked if I would like a refund or another quilt, which he assured me would be correct.

Fast forward to today 30/10/24, I picked up the replacement quilt and ... it is the same as the previous quilt.

I can not express my disappointment enough. I know that I have spent good money on a quilt which is less than marketable quality.

Do not waist your money on these quilts.

I just received a Notre Dame rug that I bought for a birthday present and he loves it! I examined the rug for any defects and could not find any. I love the customer service I received and they responded almost instantly when I reached out with a question. I have never gotten this high level of customer service with any other online company. I will buy from Bright and Roomy in the future!

It's past midnight EST time and the team is still responding to my meaningless order. I honestly thought at first I was talking to AI, but was beautifully proven wrong. While searching for a Christmas gift for my son, I stumbled on the bright and roomy website. I found a queen sized blanket I was pretty sure he'd would like but I was a bit skeptical because the the prices were so reasonable and they make it after you order which means it hasn't been sitting on the shelf for five years.
So I ordered one. It took about three weeks to arrive but it is absolutely beautiful. It's lightweight and quilted and I am pleased beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered the Call of Duty World at War canvas for my father to hang in his game room for his birthday. The team at Bright & Roomy we're very responsive and always keeping me up to date on the delivery. While it did take a while it was absolutely worth the wait! This Call of Duty game in particular was always our favorite and it was one of the first games I ever played and one of the first we played together, so, I was really hoping it would turn out as nice as I imagined it and it sure did. Will certainly buy from again if I need any other home decor. Thanks again Bright & Roomy!

I ordered a Rick & Morty rug. We didn’t like the quality so I returned it following B&R’s instructions. Upon receiving the item back I did not hear from them for several days. According to their website they have a 100% money back guarantee. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal which resulted in B&R offering me a PARTIAL refund. So much for the money back guarantee. I accepted just to be done with them.

I ordered the Holy Mary blanket and it's so Beautiful!!!!! Your Customer Service lady was Awesome!!! I plan on ordering another Holy Mary for a gift for a Aunt . All this transaction went so smoothly!! And it arrived when they said it would. I'm very impressed!!!! Thank you so much !!!!

It was my first time ordering from this company, was looking for a more unique rug than those offered in all stores. Upon ordering, I was shocked to get a text updating me on my order, and when I had responded I was even more shocked to realize it was actually another person. Feel like that’s very hard to come by nowadays and it makes everything easier and personable. Will definitely be ordering from again in the future.

I was looking for a quilt for my husband who is trying too settle in his new aged care facility home. He used too ride and owned a few Triumph Motorcycles when he was younger a speed twin and a Tiger 110 that he bought new comes too mind he is 89 now.
I then came across Bright and Roomys Triumph delight quilt set on the net.
I processed order and before too long received item all the way here in Perth Western Australia my husband loved and it was great too see him happy again thanks so much for your wonderful product and service. Would buy from you again thanks so much

Ordered a blanket throw from bright& roomy ( overseas order for me) absolutely loved it .. would highly recommend this company .. there was no trouble e mailing for updates etc and I was informed that my order was on its way and tracking number supplied.. value was great and the company even told me what it was in Australian dollars v USA .. which helped me ..

In January, I bought a canvas. The box overall seems too small and flat to accommodate the main and 4 additional panels. I was about to return but could not resist opening the package to inspect its contents. Despite the box looking a bit squished in transit, all 5 panels were intact and, in fact, very nicely rendered and gallery wrapped! I ended up keeping it and ordered 3 more items.

The quilts looked flat since the inside plastic packages were compressed. I was disappointed but they turned out quite fluffy after one day. The rug is pretty much the same way.

Their customers service is attentive and friendly. One of my emails fell through the crack but the others were replied amazingly fast. Well, overall they are not perfect but I highly recommend Bright & Roomy anyway. Their service attitude is not seen much nowadays.
