Very Dissatisfied
I ordered from BrightSwimwear after seeing ads on Pinterest and TikTok, which made me believe these were truly great bikinis. After my first order, I noticed they run way too small, a large should actually be a small. The material seems to be very cheap and worse than Shein, which was very disappointing after paying 70$ for a set. Customer service offered only in store credit, so after ordering yet another bikini (different style and size) the bottom was not true to size, so I wanted to return and exchange again. After emailing their company for the second time, I learned you can only free exchange one time which is very frustrating with the high pricing and long waiting for arrival. Overall, I will not be ordering from here again, looks can definitely be deceiving, you are better off with Shein bikinis since their material seems more durable.

Super friendly customer service
There was some trouble with the shipment as the order didn’t arrive. When I contacted the customer service, they answered super fast and always friendly. When they shipped again, the parcel arrived within a few days and the pieces fit perfectly. Also the colors are absolutely stunning so I love the products. Thanks :)

Incorrect website description/poor customer service
I looked at size charts before placing order. The couple suits I received run so small that I can't wear even though the description under each style said "runs true to size". No one is helping me at Bright. I feel like I'm emailing with a bot, I'm trying to figure out how to deal with a live customer service agent.

I hate this company, they only offer store credits even though a quick read of their policy said they offer returns. I have had to email them 3 times to explain what I want to exchange. They followed up with wanting to know why I didn’t like it so that they could make suggestions rather than just completing the request since I knew what I wanted instead. This made the process take several days because their team is in a different time zone and responds overnight. When I stated that I knew I wanted a different style their response didn’t make sense (they stated they were concerned with the new style I wanted because it offered more support and coverage which is what I wanted and did not contradict what I was requesting). I think they are translating the requests and things are being missed. They also state in their exchange request emails that they will only offer one exchange per order. I ordered 4 items so that would have been a big problem if I wanted to exchange more than one item.

Incorrect Sizing
I fell into the sizing on the Bright Swimwear website, yet found the swimsuit was ill-fitting, and I was spilling out of the cup size I ordered. Either accept returns or fix your size chart. It wasn't until after I started sorting through reviews on the website that I saw multiple people saying these suits run small. It's insane to have improper sizing without accepting returns

Their customer service sucks, their bikinis are SHEIN quality for over twice the amount of money. They don’t send you a free shipping label for exchanges but don’t refund your original form of payment either. This company is shady.

No order since 20th November
Have not received an order from the 20th of November, now being 1 and a half months ago. Really disappointed in this service as I purchased well before going away and hopefully using the bikini, however, Bright was unreliable. Their promo sales continued even though shipments were not being sent out, only adding to the issue. Now it has left but have heard nothing about the order in a week.
Used to love the brand as I have purchased from here multiple times, but now this has really changed my opinion.

Online retailer does not know how to ship online
I purchased bikinis on thier black friday special till this date of december 19. They are declaring i inserted my address incorrect and they must cancel my order, when in reality I did use the correct address and had been following up with their agent Adele who had 3 day delayed in email response. They have no number to call, and honestly, it has been the most frustrating shopping experience. Online shopping and fulfillment is not that complicated much less for a medium sized brand. I implore to not shop this brand at the risk of having no answer or reasonable solution to basic business operation.

Unacceptable Delay: Bright Swimwear Order Still Not Shipped
I placed an order with Bright Swimwear on December 1, and according to their shipping policy, orders should be processed in 1–3 days and shipped within 3–7 days. It is now December 18, and I have received no shipping confirmation or tracking information. I also emailed customer service and have not received a response.
This delay and lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to wait over two weeks with no updates or acknowledgment of their inquiries. I am reaching out publicly in hopes of getting an immediate update on my order. I expect clarity on the status, an estimated shipping timeline, and a response without further delay.
Bright Swimwear, please address this immediately to avoid further escalation.

Terrible exchange policy
Purchased two tops and two matching bottoms during the Black Friday sale. This was my first time buying from this company. Used the size chart to choose sizes. Unfortunately the size chart was very inaccurate. The tops are too small and I wanted to exchange for the next size up. Bright swimwear refused to exchange the tops stating that all items sold during the Black Friday sale are final sale. I do not recall seeing that stated anywhere during checkout. Also, nowhere on my invoice does it state final sale. It is a total scam. Clearly this company does not stand behind their products or care about their customers. Edit: upon reviewing their return policy, anything bought during a site wide sale is considered a final sale. Fine print fraud imo
