This is my second year using Bright!Tax for my US taxes, and the team are professional, prompt, always willing to explain and assist, and pleasant to work with.

I have been working with Jeff and his team since 2017 and have always been impressed with their professional, courteous and efficient service. I hope that as a growing company they will maintain this service as it is so refreshing to feel valued as a customer. They give personalized and quick responses and only resort to automated communications for reminders (missing documents, etc.) and confirmations (ie: files or payment received). I will definitely continue working with this wonderful team!

Clear communication (whether on the fly in response to queries or their reminders to get docs in), friendly, efficient (great turnaround times) and effective (minimize tax burden)

The team is super friendly and really helpful. I had a very good experience for the past 2 years. The only issue is that my bill went to my spam email and I am now worried my return will be delayed, etc. That was the only problem and I am not sure how it could be resolved, but otherwise all went well so far.

Expert counseling, quick action

I have done my taxes using online services as well as using some of the big tax firms in London. Bright!Tax is the sweet spot for me. Why? First, they charge a fair rate (unlike the big tax firms) even when including some of the special forms for those of us with overseas work and personal pensions. Second - I get to work with a real team of human beings. I know that if I have a question or there is an issue, I can speak to someone. Finally, it is easy. They have a portal where you fill in and upload details. They then sort it out. I strongly recommend them and I have been doing overseas taxes for 20+ years!! I will use them going forward...
