We have ordered and paid a bike beginning October 2025.
Despite several enquiries since then, no delivery date was provided (although when ordering, a twelve week deliver time was confirmed).
After half a year has passed, we have withdrawn the order and luckily received the payment back via paypal.
Not sure if they really still exist or only the homepage is left.
Very disappointing experience!

Upadte: A day after this review was published, we received a phone call from the owner - it was promised to deliver the once ordered bike within 3 - 4 weeks. Will update this review then.

I ordered a sandwichbike early June. Looking forward to riding it this summer. When it arrived the back wheel have no chainring on it, the pedals don't turn after mounting it as shown in the instruction video. And there's alot of movement in the front fork. I have lost count of all the emails I have sent asking them to help me with my issues (send me new working parts) but they keep blowing me off with excuses or not answering at all. Now I need help getting this bike on the road.
