impatient staff in Brilleland Majorstuen
I visited Brilleland Majorstuen today. Everything was perfect at the beginning. I booked a sightseeing test, which includes an eye health check with pressure measurement and a digital retinal image for 740 NOK.
As I am new in Norway and we do not have such services in my home country, I need a lot of information to decide whether to use glasses or lenses and to find the best services based on my financial situation. However, I found them to be very impatient and confused in some situations when answering my questions. Even though there were no other customers at that time, it made me very uncomfortable, especially considering that I would be paying for their services. Additionally, when I asked about services at other stores because I found the information confusing, the woman responsible for answering me simply said, "I am not here to argue with you about other shops' services." As a customer who chose to use their services, I found this response too rude.
Furthermore, when I decided to use lenses instead of glasses, she told me I would need to pay an extra 200 NOK and undergo additional eye tests for lenses. However, they did not perform any extra tests and simply asked for an additional 200 NOK, even though it was not mentioned on their website when I booked the sight test.
