I had a very bad experience with your product...the frame was very uncomfortable, the eye doctor had a poor selection and I didn't have much to chose from. The first pair of glasses had the wrong perscription, then after a very long time I recieved the second pair and the progressive lens was not comfortable to wear. The glasses gave me a headache.
Buying from Brillen was a bad investment, I do not recommend this company.

As much as I like the price and lenses, I had issues with the provider who never returned my calls to make an appointment to either adjust or change the frame.
I gave up trying and paid for a pair of glasses that are in my drawers. I'm disapointed.

Excellent glasses! Will buy again!

I bought two pairs of Brillen glasses. What I especially like about them is how lightweight they are while providing exceptionally clear vision. If there was one additional thing that could be better is more styles of glasses. But I did find ones I could wear for everyday and computer work. Hats off!

These lenses are so crystal clear that they're hardly discernible as anything between my eyes and an object at which I'm looking. They're the very next best thing to not wearing any vision aid at all! I love them! The selection of frames really needs to better, but considering what I'm really after is excellent vision, that's a "1st World" problem, and hardly worth mentioning.

I desperately wanted to love these glasses by they have been a nightmare since getting them. I have two pair and the one pair are not great but they are better than the others. the progressive bifocal on the pair that I can wear without too much eye strain is tollerable but it is not great. The frames are already showing a lot of wear and tear and the color is coming off - these are less than 9 months old! The 2nd pair are transition style and the lenses overall make me feel like I am drunk all the time. I can wear them for short bursts but when I tried to wear them for a 2 week stint the progressive bi-focal is so out of whack that I am taking my glasses off if I have to read anything and at the end of the day, I have a headache like no ones business. It never gets better. Now for your thinking why did I not return them for a replacement? The eye doctor that I got them through dropped Brillen as a vendor and I waited over 6 weeks for my glasses in the first place.My eye rx is a strong one and I am used to waiting 2 weeks for glasses to come in. 99%of the time, they are delivered well within the 2 week window with room to spare. 6 weeks was just too much. I cut my losses and will stick to local eye wear providers.

I already reviewed my glasses a couple of years ago, I looked back into it too late. I’m not sure why I was asked to review again, but, I love my glasses. I really love the frames, they are unique and of high quality. The lenses were great too. I have two pairs of glasses but only one from Brillen. It was always a relief to put them on. Can’t say enough. I regret I didn’t use them this year. 500.00 regret.

Prices were excellent and staff was great,but it took a month to get my glasses and then one pair had the wrong frames and I've now waited almost another month for the replacement.

The glasses I was able to choose from were very thin and the lenses are plastic which is ok but the guard shield is coming off. I have worn trifocals for the last 6years and I finally realized that my glasses are bifocals. I was unhappy with the dr office as they tried to upsell me on a lot of services and products. It took me two months to get a copy of my prescription

Worse mistake I ever made my glasses were sent back 3 times because they were not ground correctly. Your company is a scam

My frames broke and I have received satisfactory customer service. No return of correspondence. The glasses were a great deal. I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for!
