Ordered 3 keyrings. After a month only 2 delivered. Have tried to contact by email and instagram. Email now bouncing and not replying to my insta messages

Shocking quality and ‘returns’ expensive to ship
Bought what looked like a fun, but good quality key ring. I accidentally ordered the wrong one - contacted them immediately - followed the ‘cancel my order’ procedure - the wrong one still turned up! The right one arrived eventually - absolutely shocking quality. I’ve won better keyrings in the 2p push machines at amusement arcades. The ‘message’ was just etched into a really crappy looking metal tag, with rough edges and no weight to it at all.
Applied to return both items - ‘no problem’ they said - ‘but you need to ship them to our returns centre in the US - at your expense’. This equates to as much as I paid for both. Awful. Do not be fooled by the imagery and descriptions used online! Bye bye £40
