Will never use another styling tool!
I have loved my Brilliance New York Curling iron and straightener for the past 7 years. These are the only styling tools that will hold a curl in my hair. My hair always feels smooth afterwards and never feels/smells burnt like other tools I've used in the past.
I have been a professional performer for the past 7 years, and I will not travel without my BNY tools. I can sometimes go more than a day or two without re-curling, and my curls are still intact without other products.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their customer service. The last item I ordered was back-ordered, and they were kind enough to upgrade my product for free! The lifetime warranty is an incredible value, and I have had zero issues replacing any of my tools. Their customer service agents are incredibly helpful and always very kind.
I highly recommend any of these products and would give a 6+ star review if I could.

Great product, poor shopping experience
It has been 10 days since I ordered my product and it has not arrived nor can I find any tracking information. The "Route" tracking system says it is still waiting on the information from the shipper. That's frustrating because I love the products, I just hate the fulfillment process. And they are so protective of the brand, they don't sell outside of their site and stores.

They sent me expired shampoo and conditioner. It had expired in June 2020. I received my order in April 2021. I payed about 50 dollars Canadian to have it shipped to me as well. Not impressed
