EQ (Emotional Quotient) - I believe many of us do not know what it is and what magic it does to our lives. I am so grateful and thankful to Brindha to make me aware of what is EQ and how it can shift your thinking, your being and what not??. Yesterdays session was magical as I was able to understand by Brain style which gave a deep insight of how i process or look at situations. And i would say it was eye opener for me to understand other brain styles and how to respond to people accordingly as I know how they will think and process . Though we all think we know us as a individual very well but I would say that is not true as there are many hidden facts which can be revealed when you take up EQ sessions with Brindha.
