Love all the products at Brindisa, we have been fans for years, the quality is fabulous and I could spend ages on the site. I find it really inspiring and it always makes me want to visit the places the products are from, it all feels so carefully curated but incredibly efficient and well packaged, this time I also purchased Monica’s book and there is so much information and knowledge and inspiring travel stories that I am savouring each page! I am only on page 15! Absolutely fabulous! Amazing Brindisa team!

Señorío Salchichón …
I ordered two Señorío Ibérico Salchichón and I am regretting having ordered them. One and a half of them will go uneaten. The product is very lacking in flavour and overly fatty. There are so many very good alternative Spanish Salchichón that I am at a loss to understand why Brindisa stock this product.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm terribly sorry to see that this batch of salchichon was not to it's usual flavour for you, some may have more fat content than others.
I would love to send you one free of charge from a new batch that we have in stock at the moment to see if this one is more flavoursome than the one you purchased.

Easy ordering process. Good communication.
Unfortunately, despite ask g for the delivery to take place on Tuesday 29th November, I received a message from them saying it would be delivered on Monday 28th November ….. which didn’t happen !
It was delivered on 29th! A bit of confusion here.
Though perfectly edible, I did wonder when the tarta had been baked.

Not how I exspect a complaint to be dealt with
Well I recieved a block of cheese with a sell by date of 2023 , I then sent emails and phoned your company twice , After all this I received an email stating that it was a factory label printing error ,and if replaced would have the same date on , so would I wish to keep it as basically, the replacement would be the same
I find this a little bizarre, and also no real apology or remuneration, for my time and trouble

I'm terribly sorry you feel that this was not dealt with how you envisioned and we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. However we acted by following these steps...
Once we received your photos, these were were sent to our technical team who in turn got in contact with the suppliers immediately. The suppliers worked very quickly to cross-match the product batch numbers and identify the labelling errors. They provided us with this information and assured us all cheese with this labelling were safe to consume.
After sending you this information, I presumed all was well as you had accepted the explanation. However, you have my direct email address, please feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance regarding this matter.
