Awful customer service and very poor inventory management.
The pressure gauge in my HRU failed in September. I reported the issue to Bring more than 24 weeks ago. Initially they said they could do nothing because it takes weeks for new stock of valves to be received from Germany. When the stock had arrived they then decided they needed to conduct a detailed test of the HRU to assess whether the value was in fact broken. They decided it was. Then I waited weeks and weeks to get an engineer visit scheduled. They finally turned up last week and they had the wrong part (a similar valve, but one which was twice the size of the one in my unit). You regularly have two send several emails and ways days or weeks for a reply so every step in this incompetent process is painful. The engineers are very friendly when they arrive, but the overall service management process is absolutely dire.
