Can't stress enough how much I love these blinds. Ivy is a wonderful helper who made my experience great! I've now ordered with them twice. The blinds look nice and work with HomeKit over Matter without any issues. Definitely recommend!

I bought an electric zebra blind, excellent product, and excellent after-sales service. They shipped my order and the carrier damaged it. Upon arrival, I reported the problem and they immediately sent me a replacement. I will continue buying my blinds from Bringnox.

The product itself is great - I now have over 30 of the roller blinds in my house, with most of them using a solar panel to keep them charged. I have only had one significant issue - a bad motor in one of the blinds, and Bringnox shipped me out a new motor promptly.

Prior to this, I had traditional venetian blinds that had to be opened manually, and never really get completely clear of the window. The roller blinds allow the window to be completely uncovered for maximum visibility and to allow the sun in. I also have a set of blinds that are on windows on the second story of a room open all the way up, so they were rarely opened and closed to begin with, and eventually the mechanism got fouled so that they couldn't be changed. With these, I can open them from a remote, and app, or with voice commands, and the small solar panels mean that I don't have to charge them.

The house is much more open, and having the blinds powered makes it so much easier to open and close them.

I got the first set over a year and a half ago and, over time, have continued to replace blinds throughout my house. At this point, the only blinds that I have not replaced are on a small number of windows that slide sideways, so the roller blind concept is less optimal. Everyone that comes to my house agrees that the blinds look great, and are impressed with how much easier it is to operate them.

Great customer service. Answered by email within hours. Product exceeds expectations. The remote is already paired with both blinds. One channel for each and another channel for both. Easy installation. I would purchase again

We bought 14 motorized blinds with Matter motors to connect to our Alexa. We have been more than pleased with the blinds and the customer service. The blinds are a great quality. When we had an issue with OUR measurements, Bringnox customer service worked with us to fix the order immediately and even expedited our replacements. From set up to working out all the bugs with this many blinds in one place, I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service and support we have received. We will be coming back for the other 30 blinds as budget permits as this company stands behind their product and their sale!!

I purchased a motorized 100% blackout roller shade for the bedroom and it has been great so far. I am ordering another one. I highly recommend it.

I did a lot of research before buying and I'm happy I chose these. They are well-built, run smoothly, and the fabric looks even better in person. They feel like they should have cost much more.

This is my second shade ordered from Bringnox. It was delivered in record time, the shade material is made of excellent quality. Easy to install it took the installer maybe 20 minutes. Perfect fit. I love the ease of having a remote control for the shades. These are large/wide shades the remote makes life so much easier. Bringnox has been a responsive company interested in your results with their products. Thanks!

To begin, I love it that the blinds cost about 25% or less of what I previously paid for a well-known brand that sends a salesperson to the home. Installation was a breeze. Even if you feel you can't drill the screw holes yourself (I didn't do it myself), it would only take a handyman or woman about 10 minutes to install one of these, including the time it takes them to figure out how to do it. Second, when I had an issue with the room darkening channels (an add-on) not fitting (they were cut too large), the company was very responsive in refunding my money for the original purchase of the channels (I had already put in an new order because I was in a hurry and didn't know how responsive their customer service would be, which turned out not to be an issue at all).

Was a great experience! Didn't realize they were coming from China. But so far shipping was great and customer service was a pleasure they responded to in a heart beat and was able to get the color right for me. 😁

The motor on these is so quiet! Perfect for the bedroom.
