too expensive. I enrolled in monthly delivery but to reschedule delivery I have to call - no options to reschedule logging into my account. why???

I enjoy BRI and its products. No problems here.

I submitted an order in early Nov. and I still have not received any notification that it has been shipped or when I might expect it. If you are not going to send the items, please let me know.

This was an auto fill order and all went as planned.

Placed my order on Nov 18th and it's Nov 23rd and the status shows unfilled. Not very good.

I felt it was fast acting ! I felt great & have been feeling great ever since ! Not only from the garlic soft gels but knowing I'm taking care of myself !

My elderly aunt finally stopped getting UTIs and getting hospitalized thanks to BRI Nutrition Cranberry Supplements, they are the most effective ones in the market.

Super Fast shipment, always had a great experience with BRI

I ordered 3 bottles and received 2, but BRI charged for 3. After bringing it to their attention, they wrote that they were out of stock. That makes me thinking they did not want to pay the the freight to supply the missing bottle.Yes they issued credit for the missing bottle.

I usually buy through amazon. But since it’s becoming increasingly harder to find it in stock there I decided to purchase through the website. The 120 caps is never in stock, and the 60 is hit or miss. So I ordered the 60 caps through the website. After 24-48 hours I receive a email stating it’s been back ordered. And well, I can wait or cancel. Currently still waiting for it to be in stock and ship. Although I got this email to leave a review. So here I am. I did however get 10% off. So if it’s ever in stock again I guess I can use that.

You took my money and sent me no product. It's on back order. Your website should state if an item is not in stock. A refund was offered in a later email. But my bank account should not have been charged in the first place until the product was sent. That is how Amazon, Vitamin World and Puritan's Pride do it. I have left my money with you for now. Lets see how long it takes, But I am not going to be patient much longer. I doubt that I will buy directly from you again.

Great customer service. Anytime I had a question or a problem about a product
they answered the question and or resolved the problem promptly.

It's an online world. The qty I wanted (240 garlic) wasn't available and still isn't. Not clear why b/c qty 60. Then with my purchase came this lovely flyer offering me a FREE bottle. But... going to brinutrition dot com slash "free" responds with "this program has ended". Not happy about phantom offers.
