Bad customer service
I have ordered 4 spark plugs from briskplugs.co.uk and afther 10 days one failed,the ceramic crack in 3 pices resulting in a big missfire.I'm mechanic in a garage and I have alot of experience,in my opinion that plug fail becouse of poor manufacturing,miss testing,overtightening the ceramic or poor quality of it. anyway I contact the customer service and tell them what happen and one guy Peter from customer service straight away blame me for droping damaging the plug explaining to him I just install it and tightening with the specs what was on the box and if is possibile to send me a replacement,anyway not be in englesh my writing is not perfect so he start to be rude to me telling me I'm not spelling right instead helping me.I been used Brisk and Pulstar spark plugs for comercial and racing aplication for a long time,I'm very disapoited about the customer service what Brisk a massive company they offer
