Great customer service
Great customer service. I have a kitchen monoblock tap. Needs new cartridges from time to time. I order by phone and get them delivered. Very efficient staff and never had a problem. Would definitely recommend. The taps are great too!

Excellent service. I had an issue with my shower. Got through to their CS quickly. They sourced a part for me, and then provided assistance in fitting said part. Highly recommended.

Manhattan sink tap replaced under…warranty
Manhattan sink tap replaced under warranty like for like because of leakage on the swivel joint. Bristan were very good no problems received through post within a few days. To change tap was very easy due to Tristan's innovative design as the tap can be changed by turn off both isolating valves remove two grub screws at base of tap remove and replace new tap.

Friendly staff when I had to call
Friendly staff when I had to call about wrong part. Once I was able to show the part I had was wrong they were quick to rectify. A shame the wrong part had been put in the tap to start with - not everyone would have been able to work out what was wrong.
