A friend used this service last year and it seemed to work. It doesn't now! Id say different people are running it.
The service wasn't as advertised. (Details To follow) I have tried to speak to them/an actual adult in charge and they put the phone down on me. Up until this point i was willing to accept mistakes happen but now its clear its their M.O.
15 mins before arrival I got a phonecall saying there had been a family emergency and no drivers were now available. I accepted this but had to leave my car open in short stay with the keys hidden to be collected. I had to message to check it had actually been done. They did pay for the short stay fee tbf.
On collection I arrived to meet and greet bang on time expecting a driver there and a brief discussion in regards to drop off. What I got was my car left open, unmanned and the keys left in the sunvisor!
I was told the driver had another job. Im just glad I still have my car and its in one piece.
All I want is a brief discussion post experience not a refund nor a complaint even. Though their attitude, them ignoring my attempts to talk and them cutting the phone call once they realised it was me on phone I have no alternative to try and contact Airport, Ombudsman etc

I booked for the 7th - 17th November, but for some reason after I paid it came up with the 6th - 13th. Went on live chat immediately, amended the dates, paid the extra fee, all good.
Until I rang them to let them know I was 45 mins away as advised. Told ‘no, your booking was yesterday.’ Told them to check their emails as they’d sent me a confirmation as to the new dates and they said ok.
Waited at the airport for 20 minutes past when I said I’d be there. Showed them the confirmation email, all fine.
UNTIL I had work at 8am in Ireland (which was why I travelled) and had them ringing me at 5.30AM and 5.42AM and woke me to ask me when I was collecting me car…. Because they STILL thought I was booked in for the 13th.
Why anyone would call at 5.30 in the morning when the flight back was at 4pm is a little confusing in the first place, but yeah - terrible service.
Then, called and messaged 40 mins before I would be at the short stay car park. No answer twice from the number.
It took over NINETY minutes for someone to get there from when I tried to call.
Then, to add the icing on the cake, the driver gives me the key and ticket and couldn’t get away fast enough. I then find out 5 mins later when I check their car. Front tyre is flat. Further inspection shows a puncture.
So in summary, they are a useless, destructive scam group who are very bad at what they claim to do. PLEASE don’t fall for the cheap price as it’s cost me £400 for a mobile tyre fitter and 4 hours waiting for it to be fitted.

Do not use Bristol airport meet and greet ... no one there to collect car when I departed had to leave it in the short stay car park then on return as I was boarding the plane they txt me to say my car had been stolen and to find my own way home. Arrived in Bristol at 1.45 in the morning I am a disabled woman there was no help around at that time of the morning the company would not answer their phone. Had to pay for an uber home to wales contacted the police and insurance company.the company would still not answer my phone calls said it was out of their hands at this time I was fuming 😤 the next day the said they found my car and when could I pick it up so had to pay once again to return to get my car which they had left on a side road next to a housing estate with the keys dangling off the back wheel where anyone could of stolen it i am going to take this company to trading standards stay well clear as they do not use secured parking areas ... they park next to housing estates and leave your car there then forget where they have parked it.

If I could give this zero stars I would, we booked this company (Bristol Airport Meet and Greet) called them (as advised to do) on the morning of our flight 40 mins before, the call went straight to voicemail. I then called all the way to the airport and text and what’s apped and got no reply from any communication. We went to where we were supposed to meet and no one was there we waited until we couldn’t any longer and had to go to the short stay and pay direct with the airport otherwise we would have missed our flight. The airport meet and greet said they had had so many others in our position with this company, please don’t use them they are scammers!
I emailed them and called when we got to our holiday and still nothing.
We paid via klarna and have reported it but they are saying we cancelled last minute so won’t refund.
Please please Beware! Don’t use them.

Not very convenient meet and greet at all! They should be looking at live updates on the flight arrivals and don't make their customers waiting in the cold for over an hour! You would also need to pay for short stay at £7 each during drop off and collection. Many customers waiting at the parking area absolutely fuming. They only seem to have couple of drivers bringing cars to the owners. What a shamble! Would never use again.

On arrival called the company and told to meet in 40 minutes. We arrived on time and waited 10 more mins. Made numerous calls and eventually got through. Was told on it was and arriving in 5-10 mins. Told them I had tracker and car hadn’t moved. Then told stuck in parking lot and would arrive soon. 9 1st lie). Waited a further 15 minutes and after many attempts to contact again told it was on its way. 2nd lie as tracker showed it still had not moved. I had to threaten to to call police and report car stolen. Eventually active almost 2 hours after original phone call. In addition my tracker showed the car has been driven 13 miles, 2 hours before we landed?
The new arrangement for meet and greet is not working and seems to be failing. Don’t use.

We’ve had to pay for short stay parking at Bristol airport which has cost £225. Plus the £70 for the originally book. £295 for a week of parking now because of this cowboy scam outfit.
I’m reporting them to the police. They’re clearly not legit. Do not use!

This was a disaster from start to finish. We were left waiting for 30 minutes on drop off even though we followed the instructions completely.
Upon return we were left standing in the cold for 2 hours! We landed at 1.15 am and rang the number provided several times with no answer. At 1.38am we received a text saying there was a delay and they would be with us within the hour.
No such luck! We were left waiting in the cold and until 3.10am with no reply on the number given. At 3.10am we received a txt that just said "20 mins".
At 3.20am we received the following text "Please head towards the short stay car park , vehicle is located right next to the exit. If the driver isn’t there to greet you with your vehicle then they would have left it on drivers wheel , we apologise again."
We were then sent a whatsapp video of the location which was dark, and we had no idea where the carpark was! It took us a 20 minute walk after asking someone at the arrivals terminal to find our car which had the key and exit ticket left on the drivers wheel!!!
We paid for meet and greet but instead got find your car yourself!
Totally unprofessional! Anyone could have taken my car had they seen the key which was in full view!

The first time I rang to say we were 20 minutes away no one answered. The second time I rang it was answered, I could barely hear the guy, it sounded like he was driving with a loud radio on. Not overly helpful on telling us how we get to the terminal, everything has changed there with improvements going on. I was instructed to ring from the baggage hall, which I did. 30 minutes later no sign of the car when I was told 15 minutes. I rang from the car park and no one answered. I rang again to be told 15 minutes, the guy said he misunderstood me. Feeble excuse. The car finally turned up 55 minutes after I first called, meaning they left us waiting an extra 40 minutes. The car was returned and who ever had been driving it had changed the radio station and messed around with the heating controls. Avoid at all costs as the car will be taken off site about 9 miles away and no idea where it was. Complete and utter shambles.

We arrived in Bristol at half one in the morning only to wait until 6 am for our car to be returned along with many other people. The police were called as some of the drivers had been arrested leading to a backlog. Our car was in a random ditch somewhere- not a parking lot- and the driver sent his "friend" to drive us to the location as he was scared of the police. An absolute shambles of a company and I can't believe that the police haven't shut it down

So first of all, they asked us to park in the short stay part of the airport parking & a man who seemed to speak no english arrived. He was pretty dirty & was already smoking.
We were there all of 2 minutes & parked exactly where they had asked but we had to pay the parking fee of £7! We also had to do this again on the way home, so already the cheap £53 parking was up to £67!
On the way back we rang the number to collect our car, our flight was delayed by 1hr & we called as soon as we landed but no one answered! It was midnight & we had to fork out for a hotel within walking distance so that was another £90!
When we went to collect our car there were about 4 men standing round it who didn't speak a lick of English & once they handed us the keys, they were gone.
The car was disgusting inside!! There was thick brown muck all over the front & back seats & floors!! They had trampled the clothes I had on the seat & thrown my children's car seats to one side. Why you'd need a driver plus 2 passengers in this instance, I will never know?!
There was about 50+ miles less in the tank than I had handed it to them with but the guy who took the car only took a video of the outside & not the inside & this is my first time using something like this, so I hadn't thought of doing that myself - so I can't even prove what's happened here!
There were also flakes of weed in the back passengers foot well & I had to get the whole thing cleaned before it was fit for use of my children again!

Like many others, had to wait over an hour for our car to be delivered to us on our arrival back to Bristol. Lied to about why their was a delay as each person contradicted the last. Avoid this company!
Bristol Airport Meet and Greet - it is not!
Used this service for the first time. Departure went ok but it’s a 10 minute walk to the terminal building much of it in the open. Ok if it is not raining. While away I received multiple messages from my car informing me it wasn’t locked. Eventually I did this remotely. On our return day, the car was moved to another location closer to the airport and again not locked. When we landed we followed the company’s instructions, calling them as soon as we passed through passport control only to be told the car would not be available for 45-50 minutes. When we arrived at the collection point the car had not been returned and we waited a further 15 minutes in the cold before the car was delivered. The email you are sent states it will be 30 minutes from you call to them. When the car did arrive it was covered in mud all up the sides and the wheels were very muddy. It had clearly been stored/ drives over muddy fields. It will require cleaning.
I would not recommend this service. There were multiple people in the same situation as us, some with young children. Overall a shoddy service to be avoided in the future.
