Items not as described,described as lightweight breathable linen mix,in fact as label states 100% polyester.
No returns policy for sales purchases.

Offered a 20% discount .not yet received,and goods to be kept.

This company presorts to have a shop in Bristol which is closing down .

The goods delivered were not like the pictures at all. The garments were far too big and when I asked for a refund they offered me a 20%discount. When I pushed for return, it was to China and the postage was ridiculous . I raised a query with paypal and asked for the 20% discount as it as too expensive to return them. I have not received the discount and the PayPal query is now out of date. So I am £53 out of pocket for goods that are not as advertised and do not fit. A very disreputable company. I notice that these trousers are also being advertised under different outlet names. Do not use them. The trousers are going to the charity shop, so at least someone will benefit.

I ordered and paid online for some trousers on 17 April. Now it’s 30 May, no trousers arrived and despite multiple emails to what seems like a black hole, no refund. Appalling service - a scam.

I requested a refund and had no response for a few weeks then got a message saying they would give me 20% back if I wanted or a full refund if I paid £50 to send the item back!!!! Even though none of this is said on their website. I have not had anything . AVOID THIS COMPANY & others that look similar

Sizing terrible, quality of clothing cheap and cheerful. No one replies to emails re returns.
In my opinion this is a spam company. I recommend not buying anything from them!

Sizing is no where near been true to the uk sizing they provide.
They make it as difficult as possible to try and return. They take no responsibility for what they sell. It’s everyone’s else’s problem other than theirs. Want you to pay approx £50 to return it or take 20% refund. In my opinion they bank on no one returning.
I have a ton of emails and they do respond which appears to be more than some people experience whose reviews you read.

Appears to be a uk based company but company address is Holland. Goods arrived eventually with no returns information. Website gives an email address and form to complete but there has been no response for several requests for returns information. Be prepared to lose your money if goods are not what you expected. Buyer beware as this would appear to be a scam.

Saw Advertisement on Facebook.
Naively thought it was a Bristol UK based company . Ordered 2 prs linen blend trousers.
Took over 2 weeks to arrive.
Items poor quality.
No linen content Poor fit .
No returns advice with items .
Website advises contact by email . Also NOT UK based and have to pay for returns . Email sent .
As yet no reply .
Cutting my losses that I’ve lost £50 !!!
Very disappointed.

I was sent and charged for a second pair of striped linen trousers that I didn’t order. Good communication initially but now no response to my request for reimbursement!!!

What a con. Trousers advertised much reduced from £50+ down to £29.99. Summer trousers in stripes- choices- grey stripes/ blue/ black/ red.
They have come from China, the shipping details confirm this and guess what on Temu- the Chinese equivalent to Amazon , have the self same trousers on their site- even the same photo for £7.70
To add insult to injury they are on another shop site ( also supposedly closing down) for £35. Poor quality and only worth the Temu price tag

Items took weeks to arrive. No reply to e mails and no tracking available. Trying to get a refund but seems impossible. Trousers not as advertised. Will contact Bank.

Advert on Facebook says 1867 reviews on Trustpilot- where??
I was conned by the advert which says a ‘Family run business since 2007’. Thought it was Bristol based but probably China just like Mint London.
Can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to fall for a Facebook advert again. It looks so credible.
From experience the returns policy is difficult, buyer has to pay to return to China so company offers 15% refund and buyer keeps the goods they don’t want. Crazy. Avoid, it’s a scam.

I was thinking about placing an order but thought I would check out their "apparent" 4.7 Trustpilot reviews. Turns out they are actually rated 3.7! The webpage is very slick but look closer folks (Contact by email only. No telephone number, no address, no company registration number). Don't be conned.
