Very, very disappointed in this company, they are terribly expensive. When I first started using them they were so good and extremely helpful, Latterly that has all changed , I have had work that hasn’t been done correctly and also they have broken a catch which keeps my bed in place. They have also told me I need things replaced which actually don’t need any work done! I wouldn’t trust them now

Brilliant service as always. Problem with battery charger sorted same day. Tracey goes over and above to make sure the customers are satisfied.

I don’t often leave reviews but this is an exception. I’ve been using Bristol Caravans for nine years to store my Motorhome in both indoor and outdoor storage. The service they provide is second to none. Oakley, Eliot and Tracey and the team take the best of care of your vehicle and keep you up to date with service requirements and carry out the work to the highest standards.

Everything you need is on site including washing facilities and waste disposal for when you get back from your trip.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for storage and servicing.

We were looking for self levelling for our motorhome. And from the first phone call all the people we spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And with Eliots help and advice we decided on the Amplo system the whole experience was painless. On collection Eliot took time to explain how the system worked and gave us a full demonstration. When our leisure battery died on us the day before Christmas Eve, these guys came to the rescue. They managed to source a new battery which was delivered on Christmas Eve morning and they had fitted it by lunchtime. Excellent service and what a friendly team they are. Special mention to Tracy on reception!

I had a leak around an aircon unit on my motorhome, Bristol Caravans arranged for the problem to be assessed and rectified quickly which prevented damage.
Following the work the technician explained what work, testing and survey had been completed and the company provided photographs of the repair.

Being new to the world of caravanning and having recently purchased a second hand hand Swift Challenger we were looking for a reliable local business to inspect and service our caravan. Having checked through the local offerings using Google and examining quite a few reviews we decided to give Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes a try. Their premises are easy to reach and when we dropped our unit off we were impressed with the extensive and well equipped facilities and friendly service. Highly recommend this business!

It was great to discover this company three years ago when we had a Tesa levelling system installed on our motorhome. I have used them ever since for all our servicing and have just had an Amplo levelling system fitted by them. Their customer service is second to none, their technicians are very competent and explain things very well when required. I really feel comfortable knowing that our van is in good hands whenever it's there.

Being novice campervan owners, we thought about having a solar panel fitted, but had absolutely no idea what was available or suitable.

We googled Adria approved workshops in our area and Bristol Caravans were top of the search, and only a few miles from home.

We popped in and spoke with Tracey on reception who booked us in for a survey with Oakleigh. Oakleigh sat down with us and set out in simple terms what could be achieved. We booked in for the work.

When we collected the van, Oakleigh went through the control panel details with us. We also discussed servicing both the vehicle and the habitat in the future.

The staff we met at Bristol Caravans are all very friendly and professional. Communication is excellent. The work undertaken looks very neat and tidy with quality products. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending them and will use them again in the future.

We had a solar panel fitted and could not fault the experience. Communication was always clear and timely. It was clear they knew what they were doing. Also as this is our only vehicle I had to return by bus to Bristol. That's easy, but a bit of a walk and they offered to take me to bus stop and pick me up from there on my return. That's real customer service. They could not have been more helpful

From enquiring to completion of the work the company have been first class, they keep you informed ever step of the way by email or phone. Tracey on front desk is so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Work was carried out to quote and completed when expected a brilliant job. i would recommend this company to anyone.

First time using Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes. We had our motorhome habitation service. Very pleased with all the communication from booking the appointment, follow up reminders. We felt the whole experience was very professional and service very well carried out and the process was well explained. Definitely recommend this company and will be using again.

We stored our van here for quite a few years and found all the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. We had to have repairs done to our van on a number of times and issues and it was always done quickly and to an excellent standard. The storage yard itself has excellent security features and we never felt at all worried about leaving the van there. The site also has two separate CL’s that are in a lovely spot, being quiet and having good views of the woods and fields around. Thank you to Oakleigh and the team. Job well done. 100% recommend

Excellent professional service . Good communication . A few issues were found at the service and habitation check. The problems were dealt with fairly swiftly and when we picked up the van we were given a comprehensive thorough explanation of what had been wrong and how it happened in the first place.

I took my Campervan to Bristol Caravans for a much needed wash and wax. The Valeter did an absolutely fantastic job and transformed my van! Thank you!
