Have been trialling CBD oils and pastes for a couple of years now, working my way through different strengths and types to see what works best for my MS rigour/spazzes, chronic pain and the resulting general insomniac grumps and miseries. I usually need a hammer to realise anything has changed or worked, and the Bristol CBD 30% Full Spectrum paste was, frankly, a sledgehammer.
Husb invested quite heavily in different types and I’ve about 4 more to wade through, but after 3 days being done with the Bristol CBD paste and on to a water-soluble one from another company, I’m back to aching, stiffness, spazzing, and a yearning for the good times with that sledgehammer.
I’ll be back.

CBD muscle rub is a game changer
Purchased the CBD muscle rub from a food market place in Bristol, purely a chance buy as we were passing through. So listen up, I’ve had a foot injury which has left me with chronic pain for the last 18 months, and taking painkillers everyday. I used the rub on my metatarsal area, and within 5 minutes the pain was almost non existent, and I managed to get to sleep without bother.
I’m going to try on my back and neck to see if that helps too.
It’s good stuff people, give it a try!
